For some stupid reason, speedtest now thinks I am in Adelaide, when I am in fact in Melbourne. Wrong state, and I am NOT over 400 miles away, idiot site, my ping result is too low for such a distance.

Anyways my speed is much more fail at

I am willing to bet I probably have the worst connection here.

(Also have fun getting away from AOL.)

Here is what I got. Although it's way off in my location. I mean, it's in the right state, but I'm in Midland, Not in Mt pleasant. Okay, that's not to far off. Just about 30 mins away from here.

Question: Does this test work by IP for location?

Like I said, the site Q&A's say that some IP addresses are listed innaccurate but are corrected monthly, so I suggest maybe waiting a month and running another test.

That's weird, it did list me correct months before. Unless they've broken something which wasn't previously broken. Hooray.

Ouch. Same here with ISPs, but there isn't much competition here so prices are ridiculously high (we're paying $55 a month for that crapheap of a connection plus it's only 7GB download limit)

Denver is close to me. i visit Denver a lot.

My internet provider location is in evergreen I think.

Denver is a good 30 miles away from here.
