Plot:

2 wolfdogs are in a town where people hate mixed breeds. THey hunt them down, and kill them, only a few humans are an exception from this monstrousity. The mixed breeds have almost been completely wiped out, except for a few. 2 of them happen to meet up and decide to end this one way or another, showing that they cannot be killed like this, and not be expected to bite back. WIth some hepl from a few others, can they make sure that they won't follow the fate of their kin?

Sadie slunk through a nearby alley, her breath coming hard and fast, throwing a glance behind her shoulder every few seconds, slowly relaxing. She had barely managed to escape being caught, then killed. She shook some loose dust off her golden pelt, wishing it were a darker color, less visible. She leaned agianst the alley wall, her ears still pricked.

Loki panted, and flatened his wolf-like ears, hoping he could pass as some sort of German shepherd and husky mix long enough for him to be able to find some food. He started looking around the different alleys, looking for food. He jumped on a trahshcan, making it fall over, and he quickly sorted through it, looking for something to eat. His tomach growled as he did this, ad he searched another one, and found a bit of chicken in the second can. He chewed on thechicke, eating it as fast as he could, before any humans came.

Sadie heard a loud bang and jumped, startled. She looked around wildly with her brown eyes, her ears swiveling. She warily padded into the next alley, relaxing fractionaly as she saw it had been caused by another canine, scrounging for food. She cautiously padded into the alley, looking at him. She cleared her throat lightly.

"'I'm Sadie, who are you?" she began softly.

The fur on the back of Loki's neck stood up when he realized another animal was in the alley, but he calmed down whenhe introduced herself, "I'm Loki." he stated, after swallowing the chicken n his mouth, and he turned around. "Just looking for food, hoping the humans won't kill me, what are doing out here though? You part wolf too?"

Sadie nodded. "Yeah, I am. I just lost some humans after me, I have been running for about 30 minutes." she said, her paws beginning to ache. "You know, it's not often I meet another wolfdog, the humans seemed to have almost wiped us out completely," she noted, her voice continuing in the soft tone she had began with. She always spoke softly.

"Yeah, they have. So, want something? I love digging through trash, you can find some of the best stuff in there, like bones, or pizza, all only aout half-eaten, too." Loki knocked over another trashcan. "Nice job, loosing the humans by the way, I never really find them though." He wagged his tail a little as he dug through the trash, sniffing around for something good

Sadie's ribs were showing clearly, and her stomach growled with hunger, making her blush lightly. She hurried over to the recently knocked over can, pawing gently through the found, stumbling upon a piece of meatloaf. She quickly swallowed it down, the taste rejuvinating her, making he rmouth water. "I see what you mean by the best stuff is in here," she said.

Loki grinned, "Yep, that's why I'm not starving all the time. I know how to survive! Well, at least where I can get to a trashcan." he paused, "Anywhere else, I'd be hopeless." He sniffed around in the can somemore, and found a part of a hotdog. He ate it quickly.

Sadie nodded. "Makes sense I guess. I haven't been able to find any food for a couple of days, only a few crumbs scattered around, which isn't much use," she said, wolfing down a leftover piece of chocolate cake, crumbs falliing from her golden muzzle.

"Just stick to the trashcans," Loki stated, while he sorted through another can, "Man, I wish we were safe..." he mumbled. He ate part of a hamburger, and some cheese.

Sadie let out a sigh. "I wish for the same thing Loki," she said softly, then resumed tearing apart a bag, which contained a box of half eaten pizza. "Oh, jackpot," she breathed, inhaling most of it, unable to finish it all. "Want some?" she asked. "Anymore, and I might explode," she said.
