Introduction

I am involved in a lot of gloom and doom roleplays at the moment, so I decided to make a more light-hearted roleplay. This will be about werewolves and vampires, so if you don't like that stuff, don't bother reading the rest.

Plot

Welcome to the boon docks of Ohio, where the phone reception is two bars or less and every computer runs at dial-up speed. On Rivercreek Drive, every house is settled into the forest with driveways made of dirt. And every house is about a mile away of the others. Who would want to live in this desolate area? Perhaps those that don't want to face society or just don't want to be found.

The last house on the streets, the newest one that was just built a few months ago, has finally been moved into by the owners. The large white mansion sticks out like a sore thumb among the trees, but the family that just moved in there sticks out more among the normal society. The elegant and mysterious and sometimes frightening Chlosky family never seems to venture far from thier property. Perhaps the sun is keeping them inside?

The oldest house on the street belongs to the Tucker family. They live for the forest and nature. They are rugged and known all over the small town for their simple country hearts. The large house used to be envied, but the wood of it is finally starting to fall apart. Still, the family seems reluctant to leave. They have made a home in the old town house and won't live any where else even if they have to sleep on the floor. Although, they may spend every night outside.

The first house on Rivercreek is the small white farmhouse of the Griffins. This perfectly normal and human family owns the largest estate on the street. Not onlt do they own a relatively large ranch, but have so many pets that most people say that the family have lost count of how many. But the Griffins live for their for legged members of the family. But when your the only humans on the street, you can kiss your normal life good-bye.

Rules

Not to many. Just the same as the AS rules.
No god-modding, power-playing, ect..
Keep relationships clean.
I'm not going to be too picky about post length since I want this to be purely fun, but that doesn't mean you can be lazy and only put one word.
If you want to add a another species in, like a werecat, just ask.

Age: 128, but looks and acts about 15

Personality: Mel is very quiet and unusually sweet for her kind. She would never intentionally hurt anyone or anything. Except when she thirsty, of course. Also, Mel loves to sing and is quite good at it. She is also very shy and usually always has a half smile/half frown on her face.
History: Mel was on her way to becoming part of the court of Queen Elizabeth when she was human. She got caught up in some dark stuff that her brother was involved in. He persuaded her to come with her own night and she was given as a sacrifice to their leader, the vampire. Luckily, this vampire wasn’t totally evil and took pity on the small child. He changed her and offered her a life with him, which she gladly took. A hundred years later, it became harder and harder for the couple to hide and other vampire coven were being forced together. Mel was forced to watch her beloved be killed by other vampires. Distraught, she took the next boat to America. She soon joined the Chlosky coven that posed as a regular human family.

Other: To make sure you read all of this, I am putting what vampires are like in the rp on my bios. Vampires are pale and beautiful and meant to seduce. They drink blood to survive, but to keep suspicions at bay most coven hunt animals and really go after humans. When the smell or sight of blood is near a vampire, their eyes glow slightly red. They are sensitive to sunlight and can’t go out when the sun is very bright, but if they are in the shade or it’s a cloudy day, it doesn’t affect them. Fire and iron are about the only things that can kill a vampire They are also very fast and strong. They cannot be born, they have to be bitten.

Personality: Rose is strong and independent . She has quite the back-talking mouth on her and really doesn’t know what to just shut up and let it. She seems very hateful and always scowling, eventually somebody has to make her laugh, right? She is also reckless and acts rashly. She doesn’t really think things through before doing something.
History: Rose never really got along with anybody her whole life. She only truly like to hang out with one person, her brother – will add which one when I get more people in her family-. Other than that, there really isn’t anything important. Well, there is the ex-boyfriend who is the reason she hates the world now. He basically used her to get this other girl jealous, but Rose really, really started to like him. But all good things come to a sad, broken end.

Other: Some as Mel. Werewolves are normally rugged and rough, but not always. They can turn into a wolf whenever the moon is out, but have to change during the full moon. They are attracted by the scent of blood, but aren’t blood thirsty. Silver and fire are about the only things that can kill them, and they are sensitive to wolf bane. They are strong and fast like vamps. You cannot become one by being bit by a werewolf. You have to be born one.

Personality: Travis loves to photograph things. He has a very artistic view of the world. He is very funny and kind in his subtle way. He loves to explore the woods and is very in touch with nature and such.
History: Travis has lived a good and normal life so far. He was supposed to go to college but only applied to one and was put on the waiting list. He might go in January, but only if someone else leaves. He applied to another college and was accepted there, so he will probably go there the next year.

Personality: SHe is the one normally in the shadows, but tries to reach out. She has failed miserably many times, and has just resigned herself to the life of invisibility. She is viewed as a pessimist, but has a joyful, if bittersweet, veiw to life. She is extremely loyal to anyone who tries to reach out to her, and has an unsatiable curiousity. She will often bend rules to her own liking, and almost never gets caught. She hates being contained by rules or boundaries, and escapes them often. She does speak quite a bit, but she does so softly. She has no qualms about fighting, but hates watching it. She hides her emotions well, although she has an easily riled temper. She is a mystery to others.
History: Amaya's parents were killed when she was around 10 by a small grou of vampires. THey had not noticed her at first, but soon realized that there were more than two in the house. She was bitten, but survived it, becoming a vampire. She lived her life in a coven that opposed the one that had murdered her parents, but after seeing the leader killed, she left, fleeing to America, where she joined the Chlosky's.
Appearance: She has dark black hair that reaches the bottom of her ribs and ice blue eyes. She has pale skin and a small and lithe frame.
Other: She has a scar running from her cheek to her eye.

Name: Nisha (her nickname is Nish but she only wants one person to call her that. -see crush-)

Personality: She's shy and sweet and loves to go around in her wolf form in the forest to smell things and to think about things. She loves the rain but doesn't like the cold to much. But she's funny and fun and very romantic.
History: She never did talk much in her family and she almost seemed like an outcast in the house but she liked to draw and has kept scetch books on her desk. (wb sorry! xP)
Appearance: *see below* Her wolf form is a black fuzzy wolf with big gold eyes and her toes are white on her back paws.
Other: (crush:) she has a huge crush on Travis and sometimes sees him in the forest in her wolf form, he of course not knowing that it's her (if that's ok ^^")

Personality: Shy and a complete paccifist (Im Not sure How to Spell that). Tobias Is Happy beinG him and is Comfertabel in his own Body. Hes Not So comfertable that His Best friends a werewolf.
History: Pretty Normal until He Met Callie. He Got pretty angry That Some Guy was hurting her and acctually got suspended for fihting. hes one of teh few People whoknow abouts her wolf thing.

Hate to double post, but I just noticed something.

Poison - All of the Chlosky kids will be adopted since vampires can't have kids of there own. They all take on the name Chlosky when they become part of the coven. I guess I didn't make that clear enough. (it's kinda like the Cullen family, for lack of a better example.)
