Well if this is true, they would have to make this film better than the other 2. Disney movies, ect. arnt doing as good as they used to. Take a look at the outcome of the princess and the frog.

I won't believe this until I have evidence of it. There are too many rumors about Balto 4, like on YouTube, etc.
