Yes, it's supposed to be. I noticed the problem weeks ago, I've been making a list of bugs to submit.

To Steet:

Bug #1:
So yeah, the management board isn't restricted.

Bug #2:
I sent several PMs from the forum messaging system with formatting. (Formatting like bold, colors, large font, etc...) The PMs display correctly when viewed in the forum messaging system but when viewed in the TSS message system it appears the formatting tags have been replaced with gibberish.

Example:

This:

The virtual season will:
  • Be assembled from a combination of existing and original fanfiction stories.
Several TS fics already exist that could be used in the VS. (To nominate a fic, go here.)
  • Emulate the original series as closely as possible.
Every effort will be made to produce the VS as if it was being done for Disney by Jim Magon and Mark Zaslove in order to stay as true to the original as possible.

Becomes this:

The virtual season will:
[list:ucj3j5hs]
[*:ucj3j5hs]Be assembled from a combination of existing and original fanfiction stories.
[list:ucj3j5hs]Several TS fics already exist that could be used in the VS. (To nominate a fic, go [url=http:// http://www.animationsource.or [...] e-vs-t29294.html:ucj3j5hs]here[/color:ucj3j5hs][/url:ucj3j5hs].)[/list:u:ucj3j5hs]
[/*:m:ucj3j5hs]
[*:ucj3j5hs]Emulate the original series as closely as possible.
[list:ucj3j5hs]Every effort will be made to produce the VS as if it was being done for Disney by Jim Magon and Mark Zaslove in order to stay as true to the original as possible.[/list:u:ucj3j5hs]
[/*:m:ucj3j5hs]

(I haven't encountered this problem personally, I was told about it by Opus.)

Bug #3:
Opus also reported that PMs I sent didn't appear in the forum messaging inbox at all, only in the TSS inbox. It may be that the PM was read in TSS first, and that somehow removed it from the forum inbox. Then again I could be completely wrong.

There may have been another bug I'm forgetting... but it must not be serious since I can't remember, lol. Anyway, thanks for the attention and if there's any more information I can provide please let me know.

PMs from the forum use BBCode, a formatting code that works exclusively on the forum. This code doesn't work on the actual sides as they use different formatting coding. Old problem, try using the forum to reply and view to forum messages.

Yes, there are "a few" things to correct...that's why there's this topic :

the-bug-report-topic-t28378.html

I have corrected bug #1 (although I thought I had already tested...)
Bug #2, yes, I don't interpretate BBCode on the site, and Bug #3, I'm not sure what's the cause, I'll have to study that.
See, the PM system on the site is independant from the forums, I created it myself so that's why it's missing a few things and may be buggy.
When I have the time I'll work on that.

Thank you!

No hurry, I'll find a workaround in the meantime.
