Plot:
Kioka and Imaus are in Yellowstone National Park, and it's winter. They have to survive the winter, make alliances with all the other packs, etc.

kioka yawned struggling to see through the blistering snow, she dragged her paws through the snow headed to the river were she thought to find her half wolf companion imaus,
" ugh itll be impossible to survive in weather like this" she mummbled as she wawlked on her tail left a this track behind her but she was to cold to care, she grabbed the blue ribbon to nsure it wouldnt fall off on her way.

Imaus headed towards the river, shivering in the cold snow. That was the usual meeting place with all the different wolves and hybrids.
Legend growled, leaving his pack. He was off being a guard, not wanting to stay with the main pack, his parents and other wolves. He wanted to stay off by himself, by the beautiful waterfal that was close to the river. He would meet the others there, too.
Shiver growled at her humans, trying to keep her chained up. She lunged at her fence, longing to be free, even tough she would possibly die, she wanted to be free, to be a wolf. She kept throwing herself, and then she pawed at the collar, getting it off.

Kioka glanced around hering many paw steps before her eyes a huge herd of elk hurtled throughh the tree snourting in teror. She automaticly darted after the bull leaping then grasping its leg, a sharp pain hit her ribbs and she looked to her side
A red wolf ran snarling and biting but staring it kiooka with cold blind eyes, soon six other olves followed closing in on the bull
"Get off our elk!" The reed wolf snarled, kioka snaarled back
"your elk, i caught it, you and your pack jujst came and took it!' she protested
"Look you scrawny little fox, its ours no--" she was cut off by a deep voice
"SWIFT!" kioka followed the voice to what seemed the alpha and leaped on him spitting and snarling as they fought

Shiver leapt over the fence, growling still. She ran off the country property and into the nearby woods of the national park. She perked her ears, hearing some canines fighting. "Hello, why are you fighting?" she said, stepping near the wolf-fox and the wolf.

Legend paced by the waterfall, it's beautiful waters rushing beside him. This was his thinking place. His home away from home. He sat by the water, finally, hearing it roar beside him.
Imaus trotted up, "You seen Kioka around, Legend?" he barked to his wolf friend. "Aren't we suppossed to all meet here, or am I mixed up, and you just being here because you're tired or something?" he asked.
"No, we're meeting." Legend said, quietly.

frustrated with the alpha she snapped at him and walked toward the dog,
"what are you doing in the reserve?" she asked honestly confused of why any dog would escape such an easy life,

Swift helped kill the elk then dragged it off away from the fox and dog glad she won the food then ate and treked on her daily boreder patrols tha she had been told to extend to the rivers, though she remembered all hybrids meeting there she did as she was told and extened the borders

Kioka bowed her head-
'pretty hard,' she picker up her head and quickly added
'well i mean unless you have some sort of pack i mean living on your own is pretty hard, come on ill explain on our way to the river,'
she began bounding to rver and forgetting about her lost elk

Shiver followed Kioka, "Oh, I haven't run in ages!" she sighed, stretching her legs.

Imaus perked his ears, "She's here." he said, as he heard some running, "Kioka brought a friend though." he said as he picked up more than four paws making sound.
"Hopefully, it's not a foe. I hate mean wolves, they're always looking for a fight." Legend growled, thinking of his dead sister.

kioka let out one of her odd howls then padded up the the other hybrids greeting them then inviting them to meet Shiver,

Shiver flattened her ears, "Hi." she said, quietly.
Legend looked at Kioka, "Is she friendly?" the wolf asked, slightly scared.
"Hiya!" Imaus said, "So, you a hybrid, or just a wolf, or a dog, or what?" he asked.
"A dog."Shiver replied, scared.
"Legend's not a hybrid either, so don't feel left out." Imaus stated in response.

Kioka, satisfied with her new friends rolled onto her back wondering what it was like to be in a real pack,
Aimlessly staring she remained there, zoned out of the other canines conversation.
