Is Bob Hoskins Russian or London?

Last night i saw this thing on TV about 100 greatest family films and Bob Hoskins was the narrator,so i asked my mum what is his nationalitie,she said London and i was astonished and said he was Russian but she said he is'nt.I don't know now,what do you guys think he is?

Oh i just saw this on the internet,it said he was born in Suffolk :) (thats about a 2 hours drive from my village)thats where my granny was born,but if he's English why does he have a russian accent?

He just put on that voice for Boris. And I watched the 100 greatest family films and it said it was narrated by him I was wondering where I heard the name Bob Hoskins before and now that I'm reading this topic it's the guy who was the voice of Boris. Stupid me! :lol:

Bob Hoskins is a British actor, he just so happens to be able to do a very good Russian accent. He also played a Russian in "Enemy at the Gate"

Yeah he was born in Suffolk,where my granny used to live and you'll never guess what she said! :) She said cause she was 4 when he was born she had actually met him once as a child! :shock: :lol:

Well Lion king deserve to be in that top, as for Balto it's not surprising in fact. So few people know about it, because of all the reasons we know. (no advertisement campaign when it was released, Toy story at the same time...)
