Has anyone ever seen this animated film? It takes place in a post-apocalyptic fantasy world where two wizard brothers are at battle with each other (one being the good wizard, representing magic, and one being the evil wizard, representing technology). I remember seeing it in the video store when I was a kid but never got the chance to rent it. I just saw it tonight and I was pretty impressed. It's what you can call a Cult Classic.

Not sure, I guess it has something to do with the advancement of weapon technology.
