I think one of the most memorable things about this movie is the music. It may not be as epic as the first movie, but it has some great messages. Like "he lives in you" or "love will find a way" and stuff like that.
As for moments.. I think the ending of the battle is very wise, the way Kiara says "a wise king once told me, we are one" and stuff like that. (Not sure if I quoted her exactly, but it was something like that)

Solle wrote: Love Will Find A Way and We Are One. I know they`re both songs, but for me they are wonderful moments in the movie, with so much meaning.  Yes, definately the whole "Love Will Find A Way" scene. The same goes for "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" in the first film.

The most memorable scene to me was the final battle. I remember the first time watching it I thought the Pridelanders had the fight in the bag during the stand off. But, was shocked when I saw Simba's lionesses being torn apart. I literally thought the Outsiders were eating the entire pride.
