Hello and thanks for looking at my topic. I am really interested in things like ghost and stuff. So if you don't mind, i would like you to tell me about you'e experience with a ghost or if you have contacted your spirit guide. Please don't comment if you haven't had any experiences, i already have a myth topic thingy for people to comment on.

I've never encountered a spirit guide. They're very hard to get into contact with. It takes meditation skills, but I do believe there is a form of spirit guides out there. Even if we can see them, I often feel like someone or something is there when I'm alone.

I haven't encountered a spirit guide either, but I sure would like to. Even though I'm usually a skeptic when it comes to the supernatural, the idea of a spirit guide is something I'm more open to, because I like the idea of someone or something out there looking out for me (and I have had situations where I could not explain my good fortune by rational means).

Does anyone know any of the methods used to contact a spirit guide?

I haven't contacted one either, but i'd like to know who mine is. I don't meditate or anything though. Same here, there is deffinetly (my opinion) another life somewhere else. Had any experiences with ghosts? I've had a few wierd things happen.

Yes, i think that it is wierd but also nice that someone/something is looking out for you. But the thing i'm comfused about is how can it lead you as some people call 'down the right path' if we choose it ourselves?

My sistrer has researched a bit about it and here are some of the things she told me about what she found out:

It is hard to clear your mind for beginners and to try and just concentrate on contacting your spirit guide. You should practise 5 minutes a day so you get used to it. Making the 'omm' (sp) sound helps to clear your mind better. It helps to think over and over again : I wish to contact my spirit guide. Your head should feel that your head is being pushed down on before you contact your spirit guide.

(Some of this imformation might not be accurate because i don't know much about spirit guides. Hope this helps though.)

I meditated to get into contact with my spirit guide but I had physically seen it at least on two occasions in my life
