Okaiiz, so I'll make my human and animal and I will then wait for your reply!

Human:

Name: Jenny
Gender: Female
Age: Around 17
Pet(s): Vetch and Nook
Description: Tall and thin, long red hair that is wavy towards the bottom and an innocent face. Blue eyes.
Personality: Will reveal in rp

Animals:

Name: Vetch
Gender: Male
Age: 3-4
Species: Sabretooth tiger
Description: All a tan/reddish fur color, long fangs and black squares around his eyes. Golden eyes.
Personality: Vicious, a fighter, won't give up

Name: Nook
Gender: Male
Age: Around 2
Species: Raccoon/Fox
Description: A body like a fox's. Dark orange fur with orange and cream-colored rings on tail. Very dark orange mask like a raccoon. Black tips of ears and paws.
Personality: He's a bit of a coward, and lets Vetch do all the dangerous work while he sticks to making the plans and strategies.

*Note that the humans can have more than one pet, but they CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEM! They are still like any ordinary animals, and these are still ordinary people, so they cannot talk to their pets. Not so they'll understand them, anyway. The animals can all talk to each other and so can the aliens, due to their advanced technology.*

As the sun's rays shone down through the window, the light glinted off Vetch's fangs. He was sound asleep with Nook curled up by his side.

"Good morning, guys." Jenny whispered, knowing that they couldn't understand her but she did it anyway. She crept up behind Vetch and stroked his thick fur, coaxing him awake.

Ooc:// In this town you are allowed to keep wild animals as pets.

ooc- kk.

Zane yawned, his hair ruffled from tossing and turning wile sleeping. He set out a mug, putting it under the coffee maker and turning it on. A red light began to glow, and the steady drip of coffee began to fill the air. Same with the sharp scent that helped wake him up almost as much as drinking the actual coffee.

Tally opened her eyes, still curled up in a ball. She felt warm and sleepy, her violet eyes blinked hazily. The gold flecks in the shone and glinted, her almost silver stripes doing the same. She layed there for a moment, until the smell of coffee hit her nose. She blinked, starting to wake up more. She yawned, her pink tongue courling, her razor sharp fangs glinting in the warm, welcoming sunlight.

Vetch sleepily opened his eyes and yawned. He then stood up, spilling Nook onto the floor and waking him with a jolt.
"Ah!" Nook yelped as he rolled onto the floor. Then, he jumped to his feet and said to Vetch, "Today's the day! The day that ceremony happens and we get our licenses!" Nook pawed at the bare, red collar around his neck. Today was the day some animals would receive their licenses in a specially set ceremony.
Vetch looked down at his dark green collar. He was supposed to get his license a year ago, but something had ruined it. He shook off the memories and smiled at Nook. "Then it looks like we'd better get going if we wanna make it!"
"But what about Jenny?"
"She'll be fine! She knows where we're gonna be if she needs anything!" Vetch answered as he bounced out the door like a playful puppy. He caught himself and stopped acting that way. The last time he did was when he found out he was to be adopted by Jenny when he was a kitten.

Ooc:// They will all go to the ceremony and in the middle of it, the portal will appear and that's how they discover it.

ooc- ok.

Zane saw Tally wake up, her eyes looking at him sleepily. He put some food down for her, sitting back in his chair. The coffee maker let out a small beep, and he quickly rose to get it. He grabbed the cup, the ceramic warm against his palm. He sipped at it, his eyes opening a bit wider as he awoke more.

Tally got up, stretching her powerful muscles. She walked over to the food that was set out, the scent of coffee strong and sharp in her nostils. Her violet eyes watched Zane sip at his coffee, gradually waking up with each sip. He smiled at her. "You can go," he said.

Zane smiled at Tally, waving for her to go. He knew where she would be, so he wasn't worried about her. He watched as Tally left.

Tally lightly leapt up onto the counter, keeping her claws in. SHe stared out the open window for a moment, scents wafting towards her on the breeze. She leapt out, disappearing into the bushes.

A crowd had already gathered when Vetch and Nook arrived. "Ha!" shouted Nook. "We're just in time! Let's go!"

The two leapt onto the makeshift stage, taking their places at the back of the line. As the line inched forward, the human giving the licenses came over to them. "And here!" he said. "Here are..." He took out a slip of paper and skimmed it quickly. "...Vetch! And... Nook!" he took out Vetch's license and was about to clip it onto his collar...

The wind began to pick up. It swirled around everyone like a tornado until it traveled to behind the stage. Purple lightning sprouted from the eye of the storm, and traveled around the edges until they joined together like a messily-stitched cloth. Then, a loud moan escaped from the center of the storm, rumbling the ground and collapsing part of the stage. The storm opened up, making a horrifying splitting noise. And there it was- a hole. Not just a hole, but on the other side was ground, and there were stars in the black sky. "What is that?!" Nook squeaked above the roar of the wind.

Vetch snarled and yelled over the noise of the wind, "Is this some kind of sick joke?!" Nook hid behind Vetch's back leg, shaking in his own fur. "I'm scared!" he squeaked again, this time quieter.

Ooc:// I just noticed you kept switching from Tally to Rue. Also, can Vetch have a crush on Rue? They're both big cats.


Vetch widened his eyes at the perfect storm, realizing that this was anything but a joke. He suddenly heard a faint whisper, something in the back of his head that said, Go through the portal... we've been awaiting your arrival. "We have to go through!" Vetch yelled.
A muffled, "No!" could be heard from the fluffy dodgeball by Vetch's feet.
"Come on, Nook!" Vetch insisted. He turned to Rue. "You believe me, right?"

ooc- Yeah, I keep forgetting it's Rue! I'll remeber now though, I just have alot of rps. And thats ok with me.

"Yeah, I do beleive you," Rue said, something urging her forward. NOt a voice, an instinct, something anyways. It made her papws want to moe, no matter what common sense told her about walking into mysterious storms with high velocity winds. "Come on NOok, it'll be fine, we have to go!" She said loudly, over the shreaking winds. She nudged him with her tail. "Get up!" she said.
