$20 is not unreasonable for a picture of a wolf. A quality picture, of course.

The idea behind the commissions section was to allow artists another way to advertise their works. (Despite the fact most on BS cannot afford a commission, some may do.)

I also highly doubt your claim hardly anyone knows what they're doing is valid. I've taken commissions before and know what I'm doing, the same goes for Kirada and rolla_wolf9. I can't say anything about the others but I'd imagine at least half of them have taken commissions before.

Also, $20 for a simple wolf picture does seem steep BUT it depends on the quality. I've seen some charge over $40 for a simple picture before and with people buying them.

All in all, despite the fact it's not use much the commissions section does serve a purpose. Not to mention it's better to have a not-very-used commissions section than have one filled with topics offering bad quality ones for ridiculous prices and have people ripping off buyers. Right?

I am kind of skeptic regarding the success of taking commissions on this site. One of the main reasons is that this site is majorly populated with young audience, who undoubtedly have no idea how to use a bank card (no offense, but you're not old enough for that, it can be dangerous too). Other than that, $20 is a fair price for a fairly detailed picture. (in my little arrogant opinion)

Sides that, I've seen lots of older people join this site. So who knows? Maybe in a year we'll be able to make these as something "official" but till we reach that moment....my answer is clearly no.
