Love as White as Snow (Dusty loves Kodi and Me)

SoulWalker · **Posted:** Fri Oct 30, 2009 8:28 pm

High in the snowy mountains a man and his team of sled dogs live in peace, training for races that came with every winter. They live in peace there, living beside the animals of the forest.
But when a stray wolf-dog comes looking for a quick meal what will happen?

Thankz, so do you want to start us off?

Dusty loves Kodi · **Posted:** Sun Nov 01, 2009 5:45 pm

Max, Sky, and Snow were laughing at a joke Sky said. Just than a wolf-dog showed up. "What are you doing here wolf-dog?" Snow joked. Conall slowly backed up and said "I mean no harm."

SoulWalker · **Posted:** Sun Nov 01, 2009 6:40 pm

Gardnar, the lead dog on the sled team, walked forward with Shashi at his side. " Knock it off! Shashi and I are wolf-dogs, you have no right to taunt him." he snarled. His gaze looked over the wolf-dog standing before them, purple eyes narrowed. " State your name and what is it that you want." he demanded, standing tall. Gardnar was the biggest out of the sled team, but this other wolf-dog was almost as big as him.

Shashi stood silent as Gardnar talked. Looking over the new-comer she decided that he must be as strong as any of the best wheel-dogs around. They were short a dog for a full 8 dog team, perhaps he could be of use.

Amanda's head popped up behind Gardnar, her ear twitched, ear-ring flopping about with her ear. " Ah! Be nice Gardnar!" she said happily, tailing wagging.

Riza popped up with her friend Andy behind Gardnar. She looked at the new comer. But Riza looked away. Surely he would be chased away, thats what they did to all the oters who came straggling around. Why bothing becoming friends with someone if they would only be chased off or run away? It happened to often.

Conall smiled at Riza and said "I just want to be part of a mail team."

Max lowered his head and walked away.

Sky quickly nuzzled Gardna.

Snow nuzzled Shashi and said" I didn't mean to."

Riza turned around. " Mail team? There isn't one out here for miles. We're on a sled dog team, we race when winter comes." she said.

Gardnar's eyebrows went up. He frowned and blushed slightly at the same time. Sure he liked Sky, but... " Please, Sky." he mumbled looking down, the frown still on his face..

Shashi nodded. " I know, but please Snow, think next time before you speak like that again." she said simply.

Andy watched Max walk away, wondering why. She walked over to stand beside Gardnar. She looked at the wolf-dog. " You never told us your name dude." she pointed out.

"Sorry, I'm Conall and my dad was on a mail team." Conall said. "His name was Sam."

Max sat down by a tree, but ran back over when he heard Sam. "I know him!" he shrouted.

Sky whimpered, but nodded and walked away.

Snow sighed and said "I understand you hate me."
