There wouldn't be any other language on the english side of the site in the first place, being its the rules. So it wouldn't be needed. If you were looking for something on the french side, just translate it yourself, no need to change or add some huge translator program for one person, or a few that might use it rarely.

This will probably become a problem when more languages will be added to the sites.
I have considered adding automatic translations, using a Google webservice - it's technically possible, just not that easy to add. But it would be the best solution.
For now, you can just use the google translation page "manually".
