I'm posting bands, but a few artists too.
Poison
Bret Michaels
Bon Jovi
Metallica
Guns N' Roses
Sebastian Bach
Paul Stanley (I've seen KISS but I'd love to see one of Paul's solo conserts)
And that's pretty much it... I think I'd want to see Poison or Bret Michaels the most, Poison is along with Nightwish my al time favorite band, and I've already seen Nightwish 3 times.

Hmm... not really too many bands I'd really want to see, but I have to say these are the ones I do want to see.:
Anberlin
Sum 41
Linkin Park
Breaking Benjamin
... I think that'd be it for me. Short list but... hey.

I could totally rock this topic with a large list but for the sake of my sanity, I'll just post the ones I'd love to see the most:
Modest Mouse
Muse (though that will change in two months ^^)
Arcade Fire
Mumford and Sons
Weezer
My Morning Jacket
Biffy Clyro
Pearl Jam
Alter Bridge
