Two dogs are best friends. They do everything together and know everything about each other, favourite things, where they want to travel even their deepest secrets. The boy dog enlists for a war, and doesn't tell his best friend until the last minute. She can tell something was up but the boy wouldn't tell her and when she did find out it was to late for her to change his mind. The day comes and the boy leaves, the girl is broken hearted and lonely. But she soon gets sick of depression and finds a spark of determination, which leads her on a wild journey to find him.

Buttercup lay contently on her owners porch, waiting for her friend Victor to arrive. As she waited thoughts ran threw her mind. Images or Victor, things that he had told her, and pretty much anything that ran threw her mind that was about him.

Buttercup had begain to shut her eyes softly, when suddenly she heard the voice of her belvoed friend Victor, and her eyes flashed open. "Vicy!" she cried happily, and bounded to him. When she heard his shaky and timid voice, she cocked her head. "What about?" she asked softly.

Buttercup felt like melting to the floor right there and then. "Vicy... what do you mean?" she said softly. Her eyes looked at Victor with sorrow and confusion, all mixed in one.

Buttercup sighed sadly and looked to the ground. "I just gope your right." she said, and nuzzled him softly. When she pulled away, she looked at Victor with brown teary eyes. "I'll mis you... alot."
