Jordan ran through the woods tears running down her cheeks. Everytime she closed her eyes she saw Chance. Suddenly she stopped and lay down on top of a hill. She lay in the soft grass and watched the stars. Koko wandered through the sparse woodland, and watched the moon as it rose in a graceful arc across the sky. The night was silent, and not a single living thing stirred from its peaceful slumber, as he snouted through the leaves. He found nothing- No trail, no tracks, no sign that there was anything living in the thin undergrowth. He sat down, and shivered, defeated in his quest to find food for his pack. As he started to lower his wasted body to the ground, he heard a rustle in the trees. His ears twitched, and his head shot up like an arrow from a bow. The sound got closer, and then stopped suddenly, as if it had heard his antics. His fur blew gently in the biting wind, as he struggled to get up. His survival instincts took over his mind, and he stalked cautiously towards the sound. His stomach rumbled, as he got closer and closer to his prey. Koko reached a gorse bush, and he crawled underneath it, carefully, as not to disturb the branches. He could see a patch of black fur, and he licked his lips in anticipation. It might be a rabbit, or a fox. Or even better, a deer. Koko moved his back leg to a position from where he could spring onto the animal, and then came the short wait, in which he had to keep very quiet, so as not to alert the prey. Sfter a few minutes, he pounced, and landed on the back of the awaiting meal...Suddenly something jumped on Jordan´s back. She squirled around and bit its muzzle. Then she realized that the creature who was on top of her wasn´t a stranger, she looked up at the wolf but stayed silent. she wasn´t shure who he was but she knew that she met him earlier.Koko stared into the face of a familiar wolf, and slowly got back to his feet. As he realised who it was, the euphoric excitment came rushing through his body. "Jordan? Is that YOU?"Jordan´s eyes widened as she heard the familiar voice. "Koko?" A smile grew in her face. "YAY, I thought I would never see you again." She swirled around him

His mind was overrun with memories of the years before, and he shook his head to clear his head. "I thought I'd never see you again! Where were you, I mean how-?" Koko stopped prancing, and looked at her, with doubt in his eyes.

"After you pack left I though I´d lost you forever.You´re grown!." Jordan looked at him and smiled.

Everyoneloveskoko (36 s) : "I haven't grown that big... So, How have you been? Is your pack ok? Is Thalia ok?" Jordan (LitaAngel) (1 s) : "Mom is fine. how have i been...? I had good and bad times but... i´m alive... How´ve you been all the time?"Everyoneloveskoko (22 s) : "Well, when our pack left to go to the new territory, we got there, and there was another pack living there. So of course, we had to search for another. We found a nice enough place, but after about 2 years of residence, there was a terrible forest fire, and lots of out pack members died... Mum, Dad, my brother.. Not to mention loads of my old friends. There's about 7 of us left, now." He sniffed, and then regained his composure. "Well, we came back here, but it's the middle of winter. There's no food whatsoever, and all the territories are taken." He shook his head a little, the returned his concentration to Jordan again.Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : "Oh koko, i´m so sorry. " Jordan stepped closer to him and gave him a friendly nuzzle. She thought about telling him what happened to her but she stayed quiet. Everyoneloveskoko (21 s) : "That's ok." He nuzzles her back, without thinking, then realises what he'd done, and froze. "Oh- I'm sorry, I-" Jordan(LitaAngel) (2 s) : "Sorry for what?" Jordan was a bit confused. She took a step back and tilted her head.Everyoneloveskoko (25 s) : (*Sigh* Long Are Pea post...) "I went a bit overboard there. I shouldn't have reacted.. I'm sure you already have a mate.." He steps back, and bows his head Jordan (LitaAngel) (16 min) : Jordan chuckled "Nobody is able to stand me longer than 3 days Or it´s my fauld " She lowered her head. Everyoneloveskoko (14 min) : "Really? I would have thought you'd have a mate by now.." He sighs, and then shakes his head. "Well, it was nice seeing you again, but I'm scouting. For food. And it's not proving very successful." Jordan (LitaAngel) (12 min) : "Food? then come on!" Jordan dashed down the hill through some bushes. "Are you coming?" She ran trough the meadows. Everyoneloveskoko (10 min) : Koko snapped his head up, startled. Then he realised what she was doing, and he darted after her.

Jordan and Koko headed to a meadow with many rabbits. "So your food problem should be solved" She said with a grin on her face.

Koko looked around him in awe, at the thousands of upon thousands of rabbit holes. "When did you find out about THIS?!?"

"I tripped in one of the holes as i was hunting" She replied and dashed towards the rabbits.

Everyoneloveskoko (2 min) : "Really? It was lucky you didn't get hurt. Rabbit holes can be so... invisible. If you know what I mean." He stopped behind a big rock, then looked out at all the rabbit holes. Jordan (LitaAngel) (29 s) : Jordan didn´t hear him. She dashed towards a rabbit grabbed it and shook it until it wasn´t moving and squeaking anymore.Everyoneloveskoko (29 s) : (Aww, that's not nice!) He looked at her in surprise, then tried to mimic her movements. He stalked out into the grassland, then darted towards a group of 3 rabbits. Koko grabbed one, then kicked another into a rock. Once the first one was dead, he whirled round to grab the third one. He grabbed all of the rabbits in his mouth, then strutted past Jordan, looking smug.Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : "Not bad" Jordan grabbed her rabbit and stepped back into the woods. She lay down under a tree and started ripping the fresh, warm flesh off the rabbit´s body. Everyoneloveskoko (32 s) : (eww) He dropped them next to her, and went out to get some more for his pack. After about 5 minutes, hereturned with 6-7 rabbits in his mouth. Jordan (LitaAngel) (6 s) : Jordan stood up and streched herself. She sniffed the air. It smelled like blood, Koko and.... Ramon. Jordan growled slightly but stooped it so Koko won´t notice that there´s something.Jordan (LitaAngel) (1 s) : The leaves of a bush behind Jordan started to rustle. She swiled around and stared at the bush. Ramon stepped out over to her. Jordan turned and started following Koko. Ramon dashed after her and tried to drag her away from him. Jordan snarled and snapped at him.Everyoneloveskoko (14 s) : Koko's gaze snapped back to where Jordan stood, and in a fraction of a second, he had dropped the rabbits and whirled round to face Ramon.Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Ramon bared his teeth and grabbed Jordan´s neck. She tried to get herself free but Ramons was way stronger than her. Everyoneloveskoko (3 min) : "Get your paws off her." he growled, and he leaped onto Ramon's back, making him crash to the ground.Jordan (LitaAngel) (29 s) : Ramon crashed to the ground.Jordan got free. He bit Koko´s front leg and overturned him. He jumped on him and tried to reach Koko´s neck. Jordan lunged at him. Everyoneloveskoko (2 min) : Koko struggled under Ramon's body weight, and yhowled in pain as his teeth sunk into the tendons in his leg. He tried to stand up, and defend himself, but Ramon was just too heavy. (:3) Jordan (LitaAngel) (5 s) : Jordan jumped on Ramon´s back and bit his ear. He yelped in pain and jumped off Koko running in circles. (Ramon is strong and heavy but not very clever^^) Everyoneloveskoko (38 s) : Koko took this chance to stagger to his feet, and pounce on him, using 3 feet. With the combined weight of the two wolves, Ramon was stuck fast. He panted, and shook his hurt paw.Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Ramon managed to get himself free. He stood up stared at Koko and Jordan gasped wide eyed and ran off. as he thought that he was far enough he turned and yelled "One day you´re not careful will come and I´ll get you!" Then he vanished into the woods. Jordan shrugged and stared into the direction Ramon left.Everyoneloveskoko (16 s) : Koko stood in the mud in disbelief, with his hurt paw raised off the ground. "What... did.. he.... want?" He asked, panting.Jordan (LitaAngel) (3 s) : As Koko´s voice reached Jordan´s ears she shook her head. "Eh? Oh, ehm.... It´s... it´s kinda hard to explain. He´s.... he wanted to be my mate for quite some time... but I... he.... As we came closer he showed his real personality." Tears started to fill her eyes. Everyoneloveskoko (50 s) : He comforted her gently, not wanting to make any strong implications. "It's ok. he's gone now, and rher's nothing to worry about."Jordan (LitaAngel) (4 s) : Jordan looked into Koko´s calm brown eyes and a smile grew in her face. She hesitated some saconds but then she nuzzled him. She nuzzled him like she always did as they where pups. It felt like everytime before but better.Everyoneloveskoko (1 min) : Koko was surprised by the warmth of her embrace, and he craved more. "Wow..." He saw the gleam in her eyes, and he stepped back. Jordan (LitaAngel) (3 s) : "Koko, how long have we been friends for now?" Jordan asked. Everyoneloveskoko (23 s) : He looked down at his feet, his eyes glinting. He sighed "About 5 years." Jordan looked at him and after a while she looked away and smiled a bit. She nudged him and started running. "Come on!" Everyoneloveskoko (12 s) : He stared after her, surprised by her mood swings. He shook his head, then ran after her, legs blurring. Jordan (LitaAngel) (1 s) : Jordan ran through the wood, crossed some meadows and stopped at a waterfall.Everyoneloveskoko (18 s) : He skidded to a halt, panting. "I wish... you'd... stop... doing.. that..." He moaned, breathing heavily.Jordan (LitaAngel) (3 s) : "Stop doing what?" She said in a sarcastic tone. Then she stepped over to him with a innocent smile on her face. She stepped next to him and nuged him so he fell into the water. Everyoneloveskoko (50 s) : "Gah!" He lay in the water, struggling to get up. "I haven't eaten in days. I'm not as fast as you, you know." He points to his ribs, jutting out of his stomach, and his lags are dangerously thin. Jordan (LitaAngel) (1 s) : "But I still lo... LIKE you no matter what" She said as she stepped to the riverside and nudged himEveryoneloveskoko (48 s) : "I'm not on about that. It's painful." He staggers out of the water, and shakes his fur. Koko's fur sticks up in a mohawk on the top of his head. Jordan (LitaAngel) (1 s) : Jordan giggled and nudged him again. "Come on, don´t be a killjoy." Everyoneloveskoko (7 s) : He grinned a little, and smoothed down his fur. "Well.. What did you want to show me?"Jordan (LitaAngel) (1 s) : "This" Jordan said while she dragged him to the other side of the waterfall so they could look into a small cave behind it. The water and the sunlight mixed up and it looks like there was a smaller version of the northern lights in the cave. Everyoneloveskoko (16 s) : "Wow..." He stared up at the flashes of colour on the cave walls, trying to focus on the rainbow hues, but not succeeding. "It's beautiful." Jordan (LitaAngel) (29 s) : "Just like the real one." Jordan said watching the lights.

Everyoneloveskoko (24 s) : Koko turned away from the waterfall to stare into Jordons eyes for one long minute, lost in the swirls of (Uh.. I'm guessing green eyes? It's just they seem kinda yellow.) green. Then he shook his head, and turned away, embaressed. Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Jordan noticed Koko´s movements. "What´s wrong?" She asked.Everyoneloveskoko (9 s) : Koko chuckled, then looked up. "I don't know, it's just.. lots of stuff has been happpening.. and most of it's my fault.. I don't deserve it." He bowed his head. Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : "Eh? what are you talking about? You´re back and that´s all nothing else matters" Jordan looked into Koko´s eyes the "northern light´s" playing in her eyes. Everyoneloveskoko (17 s) : Koko took a hesitant step back. He looked at the colours dancing again, then whined quietly. "I gotta get back, and take some food to the pack.. I'm sure they're starving.."Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Koko´s words where acting like knifes in Jordan´s heart. She thought she´d lost him once and now he´s going to leave again. She tried to smile. "Ok, it was nice to meet you again." She said. Everyoneloveskoko (15 s) : "You wanna come?" He could see her flinch.. He didn't want that.Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Jordan´s eyes wandered to the ground. "I guess...." She paused. "Yes" She walked next to him. Everyoneloveskoko (0 s) : He smiled, half heartedly, and wagged his tail. His eyes lit up. "Thanks." Jordan (LitaAngel) (6 s) : "I´m the one who has to thank you." Jordan said with her calm voice. Everyoneloveskoko (4 s) : "Why?" Koko was confused.. What had he done? Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : "For comeing back" she said with a smile.Everyoneloveskoko (5 s) : "Oh.. Kay." He smiled at her, then picked up the food, and started walking back to his pack, side by side, the snow beggining(sp?) to fall again.Jordan (LitaAngel) (2 s) : Jordan was bit nervous as they walked to the territory of Koko´s pack. How would they react? Everyoneloveskoko (1 s) : Koko looked at her, and nudged her. "You okay? You look a little... anxious." Jordan (LitaAngel) (10 s) : "It´s ok" Jordan said. I was just thinking. Everyoneloveskoko (29 s) : "Kay." He walked into the little huddle, shielding Jordan from annoying little puppies, then dumped the rabbits in front of the alpha, Faiolan. "Here." His voice was subdued, repressed.Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Jordan was standing behind Koko. She bowed her head as Faiolan looked at her and Koko and then at the prey. A pup played with her tail. She started waggling to get rid of the pup but it didn´t work. So she tried to ignore it. Everyoneloveskoko (1 min) : Faiolan looked at Jordan, and tried to remember where he'd seen a wolf like this before.. She had familiar markings.. "Thanks you, Koko.. It is much appreciated." he smiled, sympathetically, then prodded Nick, who was clinging to Jordan's tail. "Behave, Nick. So, who are you, stranger?" Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Jordan took a step towards Faiolan. "I´m not shure if you remember me, alpha Faiolan, I am Jordan of the Old-Rock pack." She said with outmost respect. Everyoneloveskoko (25 s) : (Old rock?) "Ah, yeah.. Your mother is Thalia, correct? Nice to meet you." He held out his paw, with a weathered smile on his face. Koko beside him, was ecstatic. It was good if they got along..Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Jordan smiled "Yes she is." She said.Everyoneloveskoko (37 s) : Faiolan stood up, and looked at everyone, then at the food. He frowned, knowing he'd have to miss some people out. He hated this part of the job, picking on people. "Ok. This food has to be given out in a perticular way. I suggest that the children get first pickings. Any opposed?" No one stirred.Jordan (LitaAngel) (3 s) : Jordan walked to a corner of the cave and lay down. She watched the pack and smiled. Everyoneloveskoko (8 s) : Koko walked with her, and grinned. "Thanks for showing me where that food was." he lay down beside her, and closed his eyes, tired out. Jordan (LitaAngel) (2 s) : "No problem" she whispered, lay her head on her paws and closed her eyes.Everyoneloveskoko (16 s) : Koko fell asleep in a matter of seconds, into uneasy sleep. His dreams were vivid, vivid enough for him to beloeve they were real. He dreamt of the time Steele had caught up with him and his brother, Roccoco, and spending a few nights in Nome, in a vet's surgery. (This happened in my Rp with my friends at school, don't worry) He woke with a start, panting. Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Jordan´s eyes shot open as she heard Koko panting. "What´s wrong?"Everyoneloveskoko (4 s) : It took a few seconds for him to realise that he was at home, with his pack. He looked down, then shook his head, trying to steady his breathing. "It was just a stupid dream."Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : A warm, motherly smile grew in Jordan´s face. She nuzzled him. "It´s ok now, you´re home, you´re safe"Everyoneloveskoko (13 s) : "Yeah.. Safe.." He shuddered, then laid his head down again. "Thanks.." He leaned into her fur (Fwuffy Jordan)Jordan (LitaAngel) (4 s) : Jordan felt his body leaning on her. She blushed a bit but then she smiled. It felt good. As good as the nuzzle she gave him earlier. She slowly laid her head on his back.Everyoneloveskoko (4 s) : Koko couldn't sleep, not with Jordan here, so he just lay there, thinking to himself. "Jordan?" Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Jordan´s ears pierced up as Koko´s voice reached them. "What?" She asked.Everyoneloveskoko (7 s) : "I've told you about me.. so what about you? I don't know anything about you, past the point that we met ages ago."Jordan (LitaAngel) (8 s) : Jordan sighted. "It will be a long story."Everyoneloveskoko (18 s) : "We have a long time." He reminded her. It was still pitch black outside. "Unless, you know, you don't want to." His voice trailed off, and he laid his head back down again. Jordan (LitaAngel) (18 s) : Jordan sighted again. "Ok. So where to start? After you and your pack left I was all alone here. Shure Lilly was still here, also was Heart but playing without you wasn´t the same. Day by day passed and I was remembering you each freaking day." She stopped a bit and then continued talking. "So the months passed. I was shure that I´ll never see you again. One day I met someone out in the woods. He safed me from a hunter. It was Ramon. He was very charming and kind. Day by day we where getting closer. One day ,we wheren´t mates already, he wanted more but I don´t. Everything happened so fast." Her eyes where getting wet. "All I can remember was that we where arguing and suddenly he lunged at me. It was horrible. I closed my eyes and wished to die because I kinda knew what was about to happen but just in that moment my father dashed through the bushes and fought him. I didn´t get hurt physicaly but.... something inside me died. A tear run down her cheek. After that I always run away if I was getting closer than usual to somebody. I lost my ability to feel and give love." She remembered Chase. "So my life passed without the warmth of love, the beauty of a smile, the hyper feeling of love... all this stuff.... untill now." Some more tears escaped her eyes. Everyoneloveskoko (17 s) : (Hyper feeling of love... so that's what they call it nowadays.) Koko looked down for a second, then up again, at her wet eyes. "Don't cry, Jordan... No point in crying.." He licked the tears away, and leaned back. Jordan (LitaAngel) (2 s) : Jordan smiled a bit. "Thanks" Everyoneloveskoko (9 s) : "So... That wolf we saw.. was Ramon?"Jordan (LitaAngel) (6 s) : Jordan nodded. "Yes that was him. He still wants to get me."Everyoneloveskoko (57 s) : "Hmm.. We're gonna have to be extra careful, then.. Mind you, we won't be in danger with the pack." he gestured to the rest of the sleeping wolves. "But if we go to get food again, we will have to be on our guard."Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Jordan´s eyes widened. "So is he planning to spend more time with me? Is he thinking that I´m now in his pack? Does he.... want to be with me? But am I able to be with him? Can I ever feel love again? No, no way, we are friends nothing else? Or are we more than I think?" She thought. "Shure" she said to him.Everyoneloveskoko (26 s) : "Kay." He smiled, then laid his head back down again, sighing happily. "Do you wanna go for a walk?" He asked after a few minutes.Jordan (LitaAngel) (1 s) : "Shure, why not." She said as she stood up and shook her fur.Everyoneloveskoko (18 s) : Koko stood up too, and looked around the darkned cave. "Where?" he asked, dumbly.Jordan (LitaAngel) (9 s) : "I don´t know, lead me to anywhere." She said with a smileEveryoneloveskoko (1 min) : "Well.. There's always the foothills."Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : "Then... let´s go there"

He smiled softly, then started to wander in the general direction of the rolling foothills, taking his time. He wanted to savour every moment of this.

Jordan (LitaAngel) (3 s) : Jordan followed him. A cold breeze ruffling trough their coats. Stars where shining, the moon was bright. It was a beautiful night. Everyoneloveskoko (19 s) : He looked up at the glistening moon, and inhaled. A look of serenity was on his face, and the wind that had been howling all night seemed to subside. or maybe that was just him. Everything was irrelevant, and insignificant now.Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Jordan walked up to him. Both where sitting on top of the hill. They where watching the moon. Jordan´s eyes wandered to Koko but every time he was moving one single muskle she looked back at the moon. Everyoneloveskoko (26 s) : Koko sighed happily, then turned to Jordan. Her fresh, sharp green eyes were glinting in the moonlight, and his own melting brown ones were lost in hers.Jordan (LitaAngel) (1 s) : After a while Jordan noticed that Koko was now looking at her. Her head turned towardds him and a slightly smile grew in her face. "The moon is beautiful tonight, huh?" Everyoneloveskoko (1 min) : "Hmm.. Wait-What?" He shook his head, then looked up at the moon. "It's okay." Jordan (LitaAngel) (4 s) : Jordan giggled and nudged him.Everyoneloveskoko (9 s) : "What?" He laughed, and with a hint of a yelp, he lay down. Jordan (LitaAngel) (3 s) : With a sight, Jordan lay down too. (btw, I got new ideas for a second part of the Jordan/Koko fanfic)Everyoneloveskoko (1 min) : Koko panted for a second, with the effort, then smiled. He lay his head down beside her, and closed his eyes for a moment.Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Jordan watched the sky again. It was nearly dawn right now. Everyoneloveskoko (17 s) : Koko raised his head again, to look at the sky. "It's getting lighter. Pity.. That means we'll have to go back, and be normal." He laid his head down, and squeezed his eyes closed. Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : "Be normal?" Jordan turned her head back to himEveryoneloveskoko (23 s) : "Yeah. That means acting normal. So no more staring at you with no signs of stopping." He sighed, and rolled over. "Plus, we got hardly any sleep."Jordan (LitaAngel) (6 min) : "I... I don´t need sleep when I´m with you." Jordan said without thinking about that. Then she blushed.Everyoneloveskoko (4 min) : Koko looked up at her, and gave a tortured smile. "You'll get, like, drowsy, and you won't be able to put one foot in front of the other." But he said no more about sleep, instead he stood up, wagging his tail. "Shall we? The morning is still young." Koko nuzzled her. Jordan (LitaAngel) (1 min) : Jordan blushed as Koko nuzzled her. "Okay," She followed him down the hill.Everyoneloveskoko (2 min) : He walked down, careful to avoid the jagged rocks, and stones that seemed to try and trip him up. "Careful, there's loads of --Ice!" His voice faded, as he slipped down the hill, and tumbled towards the foot.Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : "KOKO!" Jordan rushed after him. "Are you ok?" Everyoneloveskoko (6 s) : He grabbed onto a little tuft od grass,to stop himself from falling. Once he had stopped, he placed his paws onto the rock face, testing for ice. It seemed ok, so he stood up, still clinging onto the grass. Letting go slowly, he examined his body. His joints ached, and there were a few cuts and one larger one near his stomach. His fur stood up on end, and he tried to smooth it down with his paw. Alas, it would not be tamed. Koko slammed his paw against his head, and tried to hold it down. it worked for a few seconds, but then it sprung up again. He sighed.Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : "Koko?" Jordan stepped towards himEveryoneloveskoko (1 s) : "I'm okay, don't worry." Koko glanced in her direction. "Just a bit grazed. Nothing major though."Jordan (LitaAngel) (1 s) : "Don´t do that ever again. You scared me to death." Jordan said nuzzling him. "But I´m glad you´re okay"Everyoneloveskoko (55 s) : "Hey, it wasn't my fault." But he smiled, and nuzzled her back. The sky was visibly lighter now, and he cast a brief glance towards the pack's cave. "Looks like noone's up yet. Is that good, or bad?"Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : "Not shure. Let´s find out." Jordan said trotting towards the den.Everyoneloveskoko (49 s) : Koko followed, and stopped once he reached the cave. Looking inside, he saw 12-15 wolves, all sleeping peacefully. "That's a relief." Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : Both sneaked inside and lay down like nothing happened.Everyoneloveskoko (28 s) : He lay down beside her, and closed his eyes. After a few seconds, he opened them again. "I don't wanna go to sleep yet.." Jordan (LitaAngel) (0 s) : "Me too. So what are we going to do now?"Everyoneloveskoko (28 s) : Koko thought for a moment. "Well, by the looks of that sky, we only have a few minutes left.. So, there's nothing constructive we can do, in 5 minutes really. Just talk, I suppose."Jordan (LitaAngel) (2 s) : "So what do you wanna talk about?"Everyoneloveskoko (7 s) : "Well.. I don't know.. How are you today?" He tried to look casual.Jordan (LitaAngel) (4 s) : "I´m with my best friend... So I´m fine."
