Alright, this is one of the greatest games I've every played in my life. I've got Explorers of Time and its really fun. It the sequal, and large improvement over, of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red/Blue Rescue Team, though the storylines do not connect in any way. The storyline is longer and has more twists and turns in the plot, as well as the main storyline having a very emotional ending. Its easy to grow attatched to the characters, particularally your partner, I even found myself apologizing for us losing in a dungeon and having trouble restarting. Anway, anyone else enjoy this game?

I want to get it, one question though, does it have to be a DSi you can play it on? Or a normal DS?

I like this game. I got THe blue rescue team and the Explorers of time. VERY fun to play. even though i have not played mine much, i like the game. I have started both though.

ANd Kohaku Zero, they will work on a regular DS. my exporers of time works fine on my white DS lite. all the DS games work from original to DSi.

Then you should get Explorers of Sky, its the only one where you can be Riolu.

Sorry, my bad...

That's pretty cool.

I won't spoil anything, but pay very close attention to everything, if something seems weird now, it'll make sense later on. Have you met the full Team Skull yet?

Better than Blue Rescue you say? Explain! I was thinking of getting it, but didn't.

Also, should I wait until Sky comes out or just get Time or Darkness?

Sky has more material, so wait for it. The plot is much bigger and more plot twists. As emotional an ending the original had, this one's ending is a real tear jerker. I can't fully speak about the original, as I haven't played it, but I've talked to friend who have played both and this is what they say. There's also more playable characters.

I've tried my brother's Red Rescue Team, and I found it to be a blast, even though I am currently stuck trying to defeat Moltres. After the fun I've had with my brother's game, and your recommendation, I'm probably going to get Explorers of Sky.

Just wondering - are the newer Mystery Dungeon games easier, harder or about the same difficulty as Red/Blue Rescue Team?

I didn't have a super rough time except for the main storyline's final boss, who is wickedly tough if you haven't trained enough. It was challenging though, I liked it. From what I hear, its got a lot more varity to it than the original, as in the list of possible missions and types of missions is larger. Also, story mode is larger and with more plot twists and emotion. If you loved the first one, you'll probably adore the second.

Also, three other Mystery Dungeon games were released via Wiiware
