NOTE! Balto/unrelated-Balto Picture Ratio Changed

Just a note, it is now 1/12 instead of 1/15.

This means you will now have to have one Balto drawing for every 12 unrelated Balto pictures.

I don't believe this is an old change, and I've just noticed it now, so decided to let you all know since no announcement was made.

If by old change you mean it's been like that since Steet redid the site then it is an old change.
