I always had a fascination with birds- eagles, falcons, hawks, even the little blue bird. They seem to be the only creatures that took to me like I was their own.

They speak of an adventure to Haadjark: the golden paradise for wolves and birds, Keepers. Many have traveled in search of it, but none have returned successful.... if they came back.

They speak of these cries, telling them they are not the Keepers' Beloved, who is one wolf who understands birds and feels at ease with them.
They speak of the Keepers' Beloved having a moon cresent on his chest and the color of cunning to his pelt. He is to be the perfect warrior, cunning and quick, charming and wise for his age.

They speak of Roy.

So, he'll go in search of this place, Haadjark, with nothing but Hope: his red hawk ad the other hope, the one of faith and luck.

But whether he shall seek and find in this acient game, is up to Haadjark, and what lies within it....

Early Dawn
Three Moons Before Departure

Roy looked out at Hope, his ears back, relaxed and serene. "So, what are you doing Hope? I have no freakin' clue, give me a hint. I'm no bird, ya'know." He scanned the hawk carefully for any hints. He shuffled his position, but kept his eyes on the bird.

Hope soared around Roy, circling him till she found a nice branch to land on. "Flying, breathing, talking to you" She said twisting her head to the side, chuckling a bit after her witty sentence. "Simply watching the land, keeping an eye on things, making sure everything is at peace" she said with a soft voice "And maybe for prey to" she snickered.

Roy nodded. "Stay clear of the village, as usual. Man is tricky, cunning like us, but they have worked around their blunt teeth and dull claws with spears made of rock. One straight hit will kill you or I. I'm going to dig up some deer from yesterday's kill, and you?" he asked.

hope gave a smile "I'm sure I'll be careful" she said as she hopped down from the branch near Roy. "But I will join you and groam afterwards' she flew up and onto his back.

Roy smirked and went to the place where he had cached his meal. He dug up a bit and covered the hole again. He carried the chunky bone back to the tree with Hope on his back.

Hope was pearched on his back, keeping near perfect balance. As they got back to the tree, she hopped down onto the ground, watching Roy. "You sure do peak my interest" she said "Your wise, strong, and even graceful! Not like most wolves"

"You make me sound like a she-wolf, Hope.Thanks," He rolled his eyes and sat down to eat.

Hope chuckled "Better to be called a wolf, then not a wolf at all" she said as she watched him.

"I guess so, but it's even better to be reffered to your right gender." He snapped his jaw shut around a shred of the deer's leg and frowned at Hope. "What about you?" he asked, noticing she hadn't eaten yet.

Bump?

BUMP

Hope shooked her head "I'm fine, I'll catch something soon anyways" she siad "there hasn't been much rabbits in sight, nor will I take from you" she chripped. She ruffled her feathers, cleaning and fixing them in their rightfull place.

Roy frowned, "Why not? Is it some bird law that you can't take from wolves or others?"
