Hello BS/LS/TSS/AS! How are you today? Me, annoyed. Okay so this rant has been bundled up in my binder for a bit. Yes, it is co-ed. Now, as you can tell... This is a rant on assumptions! Now about two weeks ago at school we had this thing about judging people and bullying.
So recently, ok, not recently. This has been going on for quite a bit, 100s of years maybe? IT gets really annoying and tiring though, when people assume something and yet neglect the facts.
Now, you may be cotemplating over what we, I and my friend, mean by assuming things! There was a topic, a rant I believe? By a departed member, she was asking for advice on what to do! I'm sorry, I'd add a link to this if I could but I am on my PS3 which refuses to allow me to add links! Grr, anyways back on topic. This person thought a fellow member was harrassing her and attacking her when she gave simple advice! That is annoying and rude!
She even thought that this fellow member was trying to be the big bad wolf! Wow! That is just CRAZY and RIDICULOUS! Now why don't we try an example in real life? Hmm, oh yes. Hoodies, you're wearing a hoodie, skinnies, and oh I don't know... converse! The most in teenage style outfit, right? Well people assume you are gothic when you do not believe in labels, so it offends and annoys you. Yes, this has happened to me before, and it is very annoying I must tell you.
I bet some of you may be thinking, 'Okay... Big deal? You must do it too!' Yes I admit, we do... We can't help it, but it's the voicing that opionion that bugs us! We're just hoping it will help people to stop voicing their assumptions when it isn't someone they really know. Thank you for reading... ^^
