Chicken Smoothie login problems?

Mods, please move this if it is in the wrong place!

Hi everyone

Is it just me or has anyone else had rouble login in to chicken Smoothie since they overhauled their site about 3 days ago?

Here's the e-mail I sent hen on August the 26th explaining my problem:

Hi Board administrator

I am registered into Chicken Smoothie and have been for nearly a year.
Ever since the site was updated I have only been able to log in once been able to log in once, I have requested a new password 4 times.
The first time it worked and I logged in successfully.
But the last 3 times I have requested, received and activated a new password (it said that it was activated all 3 times). They haven't worked. I know they are right as I have copy-pasted them.
When I put my username and the password
'You have specified an incorrect password, 'Please check your password and try again. If you continue to have problems please contact the Board Administrator.'
When I try too many times I get this message: "You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to enter the confirm code from the image you see below."

I've tried restarting my computer but hat doesn't help
what can I do?

I haven't yet had a reply.

I tried again today and, asked for a new password but though it appeared to have registered successfully, the password didn't work, I tried typing it in and copy-pasting it in

I know my username and Email are correct.
Has anyone else had problems?

(Yeah, this is a rant bored)
I haven't been able to log into Chicken Smoothie for months now...

This is a rant board for THIS site, not others. Considering we don't run chicken smoothie, even if we knew the problem we couldn't do anything about it. Once you find someone who knows, best to take it to PMs or just do that from here on.
