Yes, the stupid one-liner people need to shape up and stop molding roleplay into an uncreative fan-base who can't find anything better to do then post on the roleplay boards with simple oneliners.

Are you afraid of ADVANCED RPS?

I'm an advanced Rper and I came to the RP boards to do just that. RP like I taught myself and I practiced through thick and thin to be a nice one that will be remembered as a nice one and a friend. I'm sure many others wish that too.

But the point I'm trying to make is EVERYONE HERE MAKES ONE LINERS! Are you guys afraid of the word advanced or semi-advanced?! This is ridiculous! Try something new, base the roleplay around the plot and backstory the characters even not just if its advanced.

Because I know you all can do much more then 4 words if you TRY. Because you all need to face your fears if you have any and try to make something out of your posts before pressing the Submit button.

Getting Mad Because your Not Accepted

Often in advanced RPs people are not accepted because the topic creator thinks they are not fit to RP with them. Not making long enough posts, didn't read the topic, Ect. But then people just go and scream at the topic creator about petty things such as "Your not going to get anyone anymore because you didn't accept me and your PICKY!" ect ect ECT. Its not funny people. Stop bashing us because we didn't find you a perfect person to join.

Its just not kind, deal with it okay? And keep your anger/sadness inside not out in the topic creator's face's.

I might edit this when I can think of anything else but what I'm getting at is you guys need to shape up.

Stop doing oneliners.

Don't take your anger out on the topic creator if your not accepted.

MAKE CREATIVE PLOTS.

And, I forgot to say. I can absolutely NOT find a nice RP that isn't werewolves/vampires/full of oneliners/does not have an original or creative plot.

I have looked 4 pages and there is nothing there but crap.

Mmk, well...I hate to break it to you, but I looked through several of your roleplays and you are by no means advanced. You're also a hypocrite, as I found several of your RP posts to be one-liners and two-liners.

Edit: Okay, more than several of your posts are one-liners.

I try to stay at the other person's levels and now I have stopped doing that and I'm trying to stop saying yes to private RPs as its just not interesting.

So yes I probably am but I have stopped.

EDIT: My open roleplays are advanced, I worked hard on these plots, the private ones are trying to keep at the other's level because I hate to post a long one and have the other be like, a sentence. I'm pretty sure you would understand that, saw a rant about it somewhere.

I'm pretty sure that also shows you everyone afraid of the word advanced.

You can't change how another person RP's, on the forums, I don't do advanced, and the only RP I joined isn't really advance plot-ish by me.
On the Role-Play box, I mostly do advanced posts since it's much quicker, (i've had a few people complain to me about the length of the posts)
It's not really needed to rant if they don't complain, because it's their business and whoever they are RPing with, if they complain, well just report them if it gets out of hand.

This might just be a pet peeve, just like mine when people try to bump topics.


Harsh don't you think? Though I do admit, the person was getting rather annoying on your topic, but I don't think that's a valid reason to bash him/her.
And people might not like the plots of some of your RP's and not join.
And also, if people want to do one-liners, and have NOTHING to do with you, It’s THEIR problem, not yours.
I mean no harm when I say this.

Guys keep in mind I was really mad when I said those things, I wasn't having a happy-go-lucky day. And quite frankly I only made this rant because I was getting frustrated and after I made this I felt ALOT better.

So, my blood isn't boiling now and if anyone wants, report me, or the topic and get a mod to lock it. I don't really care. :3

While I don't mean to be a downer, that's still hardly a good reason.

However, I will add that JC does have a point. I've done the tactic myself (circumstances are personal, and I don't wish to explain them) and yes, you can think of a lot nicer things to say after a day.
