Characters ive seen running around this site seem to lack some creative thoughts. Hardly anything bothers me like this does. If your going to make a character make it in some way creative. Try and mix it up. Make a character that is something you would NEVER make. You wanna keep people interested not bore them to death. Certain things are really easy to control and yet people make tons of characters like that.

Black jenna? BORING:
I've seen a lot of Black Jennas around lately. What bothers my most is alot of them have one marking or NONE at all. Whats the deal with that? Same goes for White, grey, blue, gold whatever. It's not just Jennas etheir. It's almost every character people color over.

Personality problems:
People usally put the personality of their character as such: pesonality: nice, kind, loving, etc.Do i really even need to say why that lacks creativity?

This character looks firmilar...:
I've also seen characters that have a strikeing resemblinces to other characters. I don't know about you people but i'd call that stealing. The first thing to do is REPORT the person, not post a comment full of caps and offensive words. If the char is against the rule, the mods will surely take care of it. Its part of their job.

Well i agree with you to an extent. My character Panama is a plain white wolf with a black marking on her shoulder, well back then hardly anybody had characters. So i created what i wanted and what i thought was going to go good with the personality. It really all depends on what you want. See i agree on the plain jane all the time and the same markings everywhere isnt really a good idea.
But it dosnt mean you cant have a plain character, theres no harm in having a plain character at all. Then after a while there was a boom in characters everywhere, if someone had a black wolf with wicked cool markings well by george everybody had to make one of there own.
So what i'm saying is yes people could spice them up a bit, but its what they want and nobody else can say "well thats stupid its all plain" It dosnt really matter to me if someone has a plain character xD Its actually the story behind the wolf...think about that.

you do have a point. my problem is that the one marking people put on their black jenna (if any at all) isnt a interesting one at all. Most of the black Jennas that ive seen have little or hardly any story behind them. I do perfer a simple design over too many or wicked small ones from time to time. Just as long as its not an over used mark. A good story makes a good char.

Precisely, but like you said a black jenna everywhere with little to no markings is quite boring. People need to make characters based on there personality, music, ect. Another thing i don't get is a character with loads of designs on them, why do that? Makes the character look sloppy. So yes a good design and a good back story, you have a good character. ;)

i fully agree. i've seen my fair share of just red aleus: the markikngs are exactly the same, just poorly colored. and i especially agree with the stolen characters. i think we can all name one specific member who does it allll the time.

My thoughts exactly. I am not really big on colorful doggies but some of them look cool.
