Obviouly Steele could not stay in Nome, and this is confirmed by the fact that he's not present in WQ and WoC. Since he probably isn't used to live in the wildness alone, I guess he tried to move to another town.
I agreed, Because at that time Steele left behind by his friends in Nome. Maybe he decided to leave Nome and live in the wild, or move to another city.
I thought Steele will appear in the WQ (like a friend of Niju) But, I was wrong... they didn't use Steele for once more, poor Steele..
