Derreck began down the hall. He focused on the music on his iPod, that played loudly from his bookbag. He hid behind a locker until it shut closed. "Hey Josh, what's up?" he asked his friend. They were friends since about early elementary school, and planned to stay that way.

Josh said as he was putting his book bag up and getting his English book out for his first class that morning "Nothing much. Just my boring life except I got another stupid lecture from my dad this morning about drugs and s**t like that. Why?" He rummaged through his book bag looking for his computer bag that he always has on him during classes.

"That sucks for you. I think it's 'cause we're in high school now. That's when you mostly get the da** lectures."

Josh laughed and said "That's just God da** funny. If we want to ruin our lives then we will and no one will be able to stop us, except maybe each other." He shut his locker and started to walk to the cafeteria.

"Meet ya in a bit!" Derreck yelled after him. He headed to his locker and dropped off his bookbag. He grabbed his iPod --he carried it almost everywhere, because he loved his iPod-- and ran to the cafeteria. After a few runnings with the hall monitor, he made it into the cafeteria. "Now where did he go?" he asked himself. He scanned the entire lunch room, before finding his friend and sitting down next to him.

Josh smiled and looked at his friend as he sat down beside him. He asked "What took you so long, Derreck? It's almost time for the first bell to ring. What class do you have first thing?"

"Math..." Derreck dramatically exhausted the word. "The he** with math! I hate math." He rolled his eyes.

Josh smiled and said "And I hate English. What about we skip class for this period and go do something fun?"

"Like?" Derreck's eyebrows raised at the thought and he smiled a bit.

Josh smiled and said "Let's go tea-pea the principle's office."

"Uh-uh." Derreck protested, while shaking his head. He cracked his fingers and put his hands behind his head. "I did that this morning. It's amazing what you can do while riding a motorcycle." he joked.

Josh's smile grew widder and said "Okay, better idea. Let's go and tea-pea the superintendent's office."

Derreck tipped out of his seat as he leaned back a bit. "Woah, cr**! Oh god, that scared me!" He cleared his throat and slipped back into the seat. "Anyways," he began, trying to drown out what just happened. "If we do that, be better not get caught, Josh. If we do we're going to get expelled. I don't know about you, but that'll pi** my mom off to the point of death!"
