With the popularity of the Disney Artist's like Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers huge successes in their respective genres. How much of an impact with they have in say twenty years or more? Will anyone care to remember them?
My own personal opinion is that they will have little next to no impact on the musical world. They are simply what's popular now with teeny boppers. Before that it was The Cheetah Girls and Hilary Duff. Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers are the latest cash cow for Disney. Disney will use them and squeeze every bit of profit from them before they are dropped like a bad habit and Disney moves on to find something else to make money off of. They will probably not be remembered in ten years I doubt they will be remembered in thirty. They won't have the impact like legendary artists/bands like The Beetles or Michael Jackson have had on the musical industry.

I may catch some criticism for this, but firstly: I don't mind any of the Disney artists. Is it my type of music? Nah, not really. But I can understand why some like it. Now, as for the question you posed, I honestly do believe that the Jonas Brothers will stand the test of time, say, twenty years from now. I also believe that, as they mature, they will grow into a pretty formidable band.
After all, were the Beatles not once teenage heartthrobs?
(Yes, I know I just compared the Beatles to Jonas Brothers, but work with me here.)

Perhaps they will but the future is never clear. There have been many bands like them that have slipped under the rug of time forgotten to everyone else except by those who care to remember them.

Never enjoyed how low Disney has gone to get a few hundred dollars.
These are just the latest cash sources from Disney.
Maybe the Jonas Brothers will go somewhere. Miley? Think she'll stay as a spoiled teen until she's stripped of popularity.

They'll be remembered in the same way as Nsync and The Monkees before them.
