I'm afraid not much can be done, other than reporting these images. My theory is, it depends on the moderator.

I think I'll have to add the information on who has validated the creations, in order to give "advice" to the moderator who accepted something he shouldn't have...
Even though I don't like too much tracking, I think this will become necessary.

Well it's already in the rules that "Bad renders" are not allowed. I know it's a strange one, but that was the only way to filter most of the very poor efforts that are sent as fan images.
I do believe that many of the fan images sent can be considered as bad by everyone, it's not just personal tastes...
I still think that section (along with the contests and characters sections) would need a big cleaning done...

It's rather strange to see the best things sent are sent at the beginning of a site...then they either disappear or get overcrowded in the mess of bad ones.
Maybe part of the reasons people do bad things is because they follow everyone else and don't try to be creative. Shame.

Probably, the older fans are usually the "hardcore" ones but they are also rarer...
And yes, it's the same thing currently on TSS, there are few visitors but most of them are adults.

This doesn't prevent the fact that with enough patience and work, I believe everyone can make good things.

Yes, some people still think this counts as quality work.

And no, the fact you only have MS Paint IS NOT an excuse. Get GIMP and stop BAWWWing.

Paint or no paint, you can still do a GOOD render in paint. I myself use photoshop, but paint does indeed work.

In any case, I still don't see the point in these renders...Good or not, they're still completly uncreative to me.
But well...

I think renders are stupid and shouldn't have a section on the sight at all. As steet said they are uncreative and pointless anyone can change the colors of Balto...big deal. A section on the forums is fine but I don't think there needs to be a section on the site...its waste in my opinion.
