Ok so I've been working on my art/drawings and I sketched this up this morning, and I wanted to know what you think I should work on. I sort of reffed off a picture of one of my own dogs

Well what you could work on is the dogs legs, some you made skinny and others you made way to huge.
The head looks to small from the body, and you could practise a bit more on your paws. If you would like i could redline it for you?

One thing I would like to point out to both of you is that the tail is a continuation of the spine and should connect as such. Sorry I don't have time for a better description or a redline

Aside from moving the eyebrows a wee bit higher, looks very nice!

Better than the first one you put up...see you're improving already. Just takes practise and patients.
