ARE YOUZ READEH?

DO TELL.

OK I GET IT!

You start? or shall I?

Teal's eyes searched the fenced in area as a new dog walked into the clearing. She sniffed the air, her eyelids half over her eyes tiredly. She was lying on white snow, dampness absorbing into her fur uncomfortably. The dog that had entered was a male and he had scarlet red fur with a brown leather collar. Teal watched as David stomped through the very little snow and open the gate and walk to the house. With a grunt the Irish Wolfhound spoke. "Hello there." Her voice was warm and motherly. Strong limbs worked to get up and pad over to the male. "Who are you?" Her tone had no face but was made of pure beauty. Her teal eyes, the ones she was named after, flickered kindly.

Teal smiled, amused at his words. Her large paws shifted in the snow as she sat down. Chuckling softly she spoke. "Teal, Nice to meet you." Her eyes twinkled with embarrassment. "I see your new around here?" She asked, her silver, curly fur shifting and dancing around as breezes came and went. The Irish Wolfhound felt hunger boil up inside her but she resisted the urge to go eat as David brought in 2 bowls, one of food, one of water for Rudy. "Are you hungry Rudy? David has brought you some beverages." Teal laughed, looking back at the Irish Setter.

OOC: OMG ARE YOU USING MEH?

Teal smiled wider, her fluffy muzzle fur getting in the way of the crease that identified her lips. "Sure!" She said politely, padding over to the 4 food bowls, 2 contained dog food and 2 contained water. Teal waited at the food bowls that were placed on uniquely designed towel rags, placed in a sitting position. Her towel rag looked like red with yellow swirls and such. Teal had learned the design by heart after being born at the breeding farm and having been assigned this towel rag. She had stared at it every time she ate or drank.

Teal smirked as she lapped up the water. Rudy was certainly an amusing guy. She was determined she take him as her mate and since it was only her and him in the pen she was even more confident that this would work out. "So have you ever been on a breeding farm?" She asked, giggling a little then bending her hind legs to sit. "You shouldn't have to worry about anything here."

Teal sighed. "Sometimes the fathers are auctioned off but most of the time they stay until the pups have grown up." She explained with unease. What if she mated with Rudy and HE was auctioned off before the pups were even born? That probably would tear his heart in 2, she knew it would break her heart to know she wasn't even going to see her pups.
