Funnest game you played

(Yes i checked the search engine there is no topic on this =))

You ever played a game you never got bored of? or maybe you did get bored but after a very long time,

Please comment, you played one game which was always fun and active and kept you entertained for many hours even after you complete the game (online does not count),

such games like
Oblivion
Gta
Mgs

those three are my top 3 favourtes, you could play for a long time on those, whats your most fun games?

(i may of used the term "Fun" in the wrong way but most exictable game is a better way just incase)

wow...most of the games on your top i have played and enjoyed as well(except oblivion... i haven't played that yet

)

My top games are usually anything from square enix. such as final fantasy, kingdom hearts, the world ends with you, and so on. I`ll play anything as long as its fun.

oblivion is a massive game, swords/magic and sort you start off in a jail and choose your race ( theres like 8-9 i think) and you can choose your skills and specials like a mage,priest,warriro,assasion,thief and its not all just fighting you can just be social and lvie in a town and do sub quests and make friends with ppl its like a real world only myfical

its a awesome game and takes ages of your time if you get used to it. anyhow

kingdom hearts and final fantasy were good games

(kingdom hearts was the first game i managed to complete fully

) anyhow never heard of that last one "the world ends with you", whats it about? ^^

The world ends with you is one of the many first games created for the nintendo ds when it first came out. The game was meant to support and boost popularity for the new console when it came out though. Basically the game's completely confusing and fictional as you play a young "emo" charater (im not joking) who plays a game to win a second chance at life. The game takes place in modern day Japan, and is completely boring during the first few minutes of gameplay but gets intersting along the way. I'm not sure but the same guy who created Kingdom Hearts created this games. Probably one of the reasons I played the game

Hehe Oblivion sounds...magical. Who knows I'll probably get to playing it sometime. :wink:

Viewtiful Joe 2. This game is just so entertaining, both the heroes and villians, its easy to have fun with. (Cameo Leon particularally, if anyone has played the game, he's probably one of the most memorable characters, he's also the holder of title of most long winded death scene in the game).

Half-Life 2- There are so many intresting ways to dispatch enemies in the same level, I'm a fan of the Crossbow myself. The most replayable levels are 'We Don't Go to Ravenholm', due to the fun I have reacting zombee films, and Sandtrapped (I think), due to the great fun to be had in commanding Antlions to attack your enemies. That and considering your character is mute throughout the entire game, its fun to make up dialog for him. If only it had a two player mode...

Something me and my nephew do a lot is make up our own stories in our heads to play instead of the game's actual story, gives games a lot more replay value.

i always been curious of half life 2, i may look out for it. by the by, is there a halflife mod whee you can create your own things like? and make things ur way and make fun with it

like Halo 3 in that map editor thing exept i hhink halflife2 has these things you can do. and i htink theres a counter strike one to. do you know of it?

Oh wow, I've got a long list:

Blue dragon (For 360_ only if you like Cartoony, childish type RPG's though its a little childish, the story is awesome XP

Gears of war (Both) though I liked Gears of war 2 better (mainly cus of Multiplayer and Horde XD GOW is highly addicting, its usually the only game I can play for an extended period of time without getting bored) X3

Ninja Gaiden 2 :The first was OK, but not as fun as 2.

Lengthy, alot of action.. storyline was very in depth (more so than mot games, at least the ones I've played )

Beautiful Katamari (it seems dumb, but in all truthfulness, its not.. actually somewhat challenging.. and very addictive

Okami (Ps2) : Beautiful game, all around pure eye candy.. Story line was easy to follow, the game play was just .. outstanding would be a good word to use

Mortal kombat (All) My fave franchise of all time.. whats not to like/love about it

Champions/Baulders gate series : (all) All of them and both were very fun (Simple but fun) games to play! (I'm pretty sure I spelled those wrong , oh well XD_

I'm pretty sure there is more .. but I don't feel like posting them all XP

Oblivion is one a the games i'm kinda sick of but it had a lot of time previously... As in I was leader of a lot of guilds including mage guild so i enchanted all my armor with invisibility so nothing could hurt me really. so i killed all city folk in a few towns and guards, but i think the gaurds repawn

Garry's Mod, Enough said.

A Sandbox mod with tools and stuff to do basically everything with HL2 Physic Engine. Hehe. All it needs is a map, tools, plenty of NPCs, and here we gooo.

Team Fortress 2 was enjoyable game, its fun and rarely gets annoying. It just simply is very fun game mode since it has lots of cool sound clips etc.

Soldier of Fortune... haha I sure did enjoy that game even if it was pure massacer, it had its fun moments

Earthsiege 2: I never managed to finish the campaing... And now I can't find the CD anymore! Not to mention it wouldn't work on my Windows Vista. I'll have to buy it somewhere, and then get a Windows 95/98 to run it. Yes, just for this game!

Shogun Total War and Rome Total War: two amazing games, the best of the bests in the RTS games. Especially Shogun gets never boring... I play it over and over again, and I always have a lot of fun.

Metal Gear Solid: I know it by heart... Only a genius could have ever thought of such a game.

GTA 2: enable cheats and go around the city with godmode and unlimited ammo. Enough said.

quite a nice list you got there togo =) i looved Gt 2 i played it with my dad all the time till we drifted apart and he got more work :/ but we always got the memory of the awesome racing and upgrades ^^

Gta in any game is fun you just mess about with cheats last you abit ^^

metal gear solid. i spend most of my time on 4th. wish i could play the 1st one to understand story alittle better but 3rd one is overall fave it taken most of my time

i just adding a game i ALWAYS was on till i got annoyed. i still play it now but still ^^

Metal Gear Online (Mgs4): this online game must be the best online game ever for war. i mean come on you can design your character with camo and types of your choice and buy better ones with reward points (money like from how well you do in battle) and you set skills to your choice. sniping,shotguns,rifles,pistols even hand to hand combat and knifes =) even jokes like box skill if your level it to 3 you box charge people over xD! its so fun i love this game ^^
