Okay, this is realy bugging me. I had a topic that was doing great, many people, that followed all the rules
and stuff were doing great. THEN a 'popular' person comes on and rolled his/her eyes and said 'Psh.....I'll wait and see if this gets any better." (not eccactly but I don't want to point the certan person out) Okay, so I'm thinking that duh, this person Isn't going to enter, and this topic is going to go on, nothing changed, so I didn't say anything, just went on with the topic. The next post comes on ' UM he/she is Right! This stupid topic is pointless! Just go ahead and report yourself so I don't have to waist my time!' What tha flip? So I say ' Well if this topic is so stupid, whey did all these other people join?"

Okay, well The 'popular' person comes back.

"Because these people arn't looking for much, just a random dog to color in"

After all that, all people do is 'HE/SHE IS TODALLEH RIGHT' I fainaly requested it to be locked before anything
got worse


Main Point? Some of these Popular people on this site are controlling everybody because they all want to
be on there side.

But It's not just that, they Cuss, Break rules, and other things! Isn't that a wonderful thing to teach new users? And the thing is, everybody likes these people, so they get away from the mods with cussing, Heck the mods cuss along with them! Don't get me started about bloodly and cussing pics in thier gallaries!

It's wrong, but from what you said in your topic, I can pretty much guess who it was. Ignore them, report them. That's the mature thing to do.
But I don't like all the quickly made dogs people put up for adoption. But I won't press on that.

Just the typical Animation source. Still, alot of these people think they have the right to do anything they want, cause there popular and just throwing their weight around to show off to their friends.

Like said, ignore/report them. That's the best way to avoid any arguments.

I know full well the topic you were talking about, and I think I am a person that you are talking about. But let me assure you, you're taking it totally wrong.

I am NOT, and never have been a person who posts something just to be popular. Your topic didn't properly respect the adoption rules (which, by the way, I suggested, so don't go saying it's just because a 'popular' person pointed it out) and nobody on that topic was ever rude to you about it. You over-reacted. Is it that hard to say, "Okay, sorry. I missed that in the rules."

'Popular' people don't 'control' BS. Seriously. Everyone has the right to say and think and do whatever they want.

And you can't report someone for agreeing with someone else, unless they're rude about it. You don't need to get all hissy just because you thought you were righth and somebody said elsewise.

Now, listen her, about 3-4/10 of the topics on there DO NOT respect the rules, and I though that one did because of all of those! Now, I'm trying not to get flame's started, but it's not 'I KNOW THAT TOPIC' but guess what, Your agreeing to, NOT talking first, how do I know your not
on His/Her side too? But geez, If you want me to change the example just say so....

But I KNOW that they're not allowed now, I was pointing out how everyone was "BAM" following her, now please, I hope everyone is smart enough NOT to put up the link!

I'm not sure if you saw all of the posts, but the best thing is to ignore, and report.
And about the example, everyone just wants to make sure your not making a hill of an ant mound.

not to sound...rude, but I do agree that popular people tend to throw their weight around and get their way more than the average joe...why? I dunno, but it is the way life is, sadly..."corruption" (not suggesting there is that here) and "favors"

You must understand that Animation source and Balto source is like a competion for populatiry XDDD Trust me I know people who've sucked up to me before...and Im not even popular! >.>

Okay, please nobody bring up that topic, it's not about that it's about people follwoing and sucking up to 'popular' peeps.

Well, half of your post was about that topic in particular, so yeah... but you haven't exactly countered any of mine or Zorro's points.

Buttt, I know that in general people doing stuff for popularity happens a lot, and it is stupid xD but the example you gave is not an example of that, which makes it hard for me to agree with you entirely. But I know people shoudn't do stuff just to be *ahem* respected by somebody 'popular'. In fact, msot of the time, the 'popular' people find it annoying anyway
