Hello,
I would like to make this topic in honour of Sir Bobby Robson (18 February 1933 – 31 July 2009).

He was a fantastic manager and player for England and one of the greatest ever managers for Newcastle United FC.

Under his management, England were arguably among the best football sides in the world in 1990, a side that boasted the names of Gary Lineker (Presenter of the BBC's "Match of the Day"), Chris Waddle, Paul Gascoigne, Peter Beardsley, Peter Shilton, Desmond Walker, Stuart Pearce (Now current England Under-21 Manager), David Platt, Bryan Robson, John Barnes and Terry Butcher, among others, but still fell in the semi-final to Germany on penalties.

When he was playing for England, he reached 20 caps, scoring four goals.

R.I.P, Sir Bobby Robson.

I noticed 30 people viewed this topic and not one of them signed
Anyways, Sir Bobby Robson had some great achievements, and was a true legend
RIP Sir Bobby Robson
