Deadly Creatures is a very intresting game. The main characters are a Tarantula and a Scorpion who live in a desert. The main game is just the two trying to survive in their envirnment, trying to hunt one another. The Scopion is more powerful physically, capable of using a powerful move to kill its opponent quickly and burrowing but the Tarantula is capable of jumping and using webs to stun his opponents as well as move around. Enemies include insects, reptiles, rats, and even a human. The two creatures wittness two humans, Struggs and Wade, searching the desert for a lost treasure of Civil War gold, often seeing the same thing from diffrent perspectives, the two even clash with one another from time to time. Boss battles are normally with predatory creatures, including a human at one point. One of the main antagonists of the game is a rattlesnake that repeatedly tries to kill the Tarantula. So does anyone else play this game?

I've followed this game through the development stages. It's interesting because it's developer, Rainbow Studios, is based in Arizona, my home state. From the videos I've seen of the game, they have really capture the atmosphere of living in the desert.

Unfortunately, I've haven't even seen it in any of the stores I go to. Not Walmart, not Target, heck not even Game Stop (and I have three). It could be a fact that I'm not paying attention if they do have it and that they don't really have it when I do.
I'm hoping I get lucky and at least see it on the rental shelf one day.

The envirnments are super realistic, that's for sure. The creatures are realistic as well, particularally the two 'protagonists', probably because they're the ones you see all the time. The Rattlesnake who serves as the Tarantula's nemisis is also really well rendered, probably because of his role as a main enemy. Trust me, this is a game you won't regrate getting. They also got the motion controls well, they're very accurate, as opposed to the difficult controls with some other Wii games, and they're fun to pull off actuelly, particularally the Scorpion's 'fatalities', his finishing moves he does on enemy creatures to finish them off.
