History: Lone was seperated from his sibling at nirth. He was taken in by a poor family and (due to constant bullying by other dogs) grew into an extremely d=strong and defensive dog.

Loner took histime wandering through the streets of his city. He had always called it his city, probably always would...He was waiting for his boy to come back from the school. He didn't know why but everything except the school he called his. and the dogs, The dogs here seemed so inferior to his brains. He paced around, He was mildly surprised when he caught his own skinny reflection in a shop window. He trotted home and found his boyh already there. He was crying... Lone didnt understand human emotions and the way they worked. But he did understand crying meant sadness, most of the time. He walked up to the young boy and nuzzled him "Oh Loner, Mom and Dad say We have to sell you" he sobbed. Loner didnt understand what his young friend meant. He shrugged it off and contented himself with curling up at the boys feet looking sad.

Carmen went into the sparkly kitchen and went up to the girl around 14 years sitting and doing something she barked and the girl exlaimed "ah its the dog! Timmy!! get that thing outta here!!" A little boy cam running out from a corridor "she's not a thing she's a she"the boy said running forward to Carmen grabbing her collor then leading her outside "sorry girl if you disturbe my sister doing her homework you cant be inside" the boy closed the door. he was the only in the house that actually cared he was the one that convinced his parents to keep Carmen when they wanted to put her down. Carmen trotted down the street.

That afternoon Darren Walked loner up to the station "That a m64 steam train Loner, Its one of the oldest running engines around" he said enthusiasticcly. Loner hadn't the faintest idea what His boy found so interesting about the large, noisy, engines that roared past, But he barked excirtedly anyway "Someday I'm gonna drive one of them boy, And I'll find you and you can sit beside me"he said dreamily. Loner sighed and licked his owner on the cheek in a lets get on with my walk sort of way. He continued around town, Until they came to the upper end where all the rich kids lived.Loner looked at Darren "Sis says she's gonna live here when shes an actor" he said to Loner as they walked along. Loner rolled his eyes and tugged on the leash "Come on" he barked.

Carmen went down the street and saw a dog and his boy walking further up the street "I wish Timmy would take me on walks" she though and sighted dreamily. and keept walking with her head lowered.

Loner tugged Daren half way through town with the small boy still rambling on about his fantasys. He noticed some of the other boys making fun or Darrens Scruffy clothes, Or his last year broken Trainers. He growled at them, Daring them to try anything. He cought site of a female dog on her own and wondered what she was thinking.

Darren somehow managed to drag Loner up to the feild "I'm gonna let you off leash now boy" he said before unclipping Loner chain. LOner grinned and raced around the feild at highspeed before tumbling over to make his owner laugh. He saw the female again and was torn about whether to speak to her or carryon playing with Darren.

Carmen sighted unhappy and saw the boy and dog from before looking happy "happyness? wonder how that feels like" she thougth aloud and shifted her gaze to the ground once again.

Loner smiled and trotted over "Hey!" he greeted in his hefty american accent "Whats hapnin?"

Loner grinned and waged his tail "Same here, with my boy of course" he nodded over to where darren was sat on the fance before looking around "hey, wheres your human?" he asked.
