I agree, as much as I love the Black Eyed Peas, the song is rather different (in so many ways) from the their actual hip-hop/pop style causing some bitter reactions from people. To me this song was NOT meant for the Black Eyed peas. But I'm still buying their new album. :wink:

Now I'll admit This song is bad...very very bad. Normally I like the Black eyed peas and after hearing this song on there album I was quick to write it off as just an attempt to keep up with other Pop artists but it wasn't until I heard it on a top 40 radio station that I realized this...They truly are picking the worst songs to be on the top 40 list, their new album has quite a few memorable tracks on it far superior to this. This got me thinking perhaps the Black eyed peas know what their doing, the release an album well within the standards of previous ones but they have one song that's complete crap yet fits the mold for a top 40 song perfectly this equation equals instant radio success without having to sell out entirely.
