I have re-designed two old characters for fun, but i don't think i will use them. They are Jini's brother and sister. Normally He has a second brother but i haven't designed him.

I named them and chose their personality, but they haven't really history.

If you use them, you can change some details, but no improbable colors and markings or accesories. They are simple huskies leaving in Alaska in 1925 and are dogs you could meet in real life !
For their history, they must stay in the Balto's style. No fantasy allowed.

History: She's the Jini's sister.

Name: Rush

Breed/species: Malamute

Personality: Sensitive, lively, enterprising, like have the last word, reticent.

Likes: Running, being a sled dog, her master, Serena

Dislikes: Pretty much everything that annoying

History: Rush was the runt from the second litter. She was bought by a musher named Johan when her age is about 5 months. Johan trained her to be a good sled dog untill 1 year. She was placed to be swing dog in the team. At first she not too inmate with the other dogs but soon theu became friends quickly because Rush is a enterprising. When she was 4 years old. she got a new team mate who was younger than Rush named Serena. Rush did'nt like her too much because she is always do something silly. Serena always tried to be friendly to Rush but Rush didn't care too much about her. One day Rush was bumped acidentally with Serena. Felt annoyed, Rush was bit her left ear and make Serena cried then when Rush let her go, Serena was running like she saw a ghost. Not long after Rush looked at her ran away, Rush began to felt sorry then started to go after Serena. When Rush saw her aer bleeding, Rush started to beg for her forgiveness. Serena was so afraid but she still forgive Rush. Soon after that incident they became friends.

Personality: Sensitive, lively, enterprising, like have the last word, reticent.
History: Since leaving her family, Rush has been working with a sled team that travels across Alaska and other northern areas. She's the Number 1 dog on her team of all females, but she's not the lead dog. She's been challenging the lead female, Snowball (my character) for dominance over the group, but so far nothing has changed.

She hasnt had any real contact with other dogs outside of her team due to constant travel. She occasionally comes across wolves and foxes, but with the exception of 1 wolf, Sota (my character), she has no contact with them either.

Her experience with Sota was a breif encounter, but a memorable one, after having lost a fight with Snowball, Rush dissappeared into a foreign part of the woods in a storm. Having been lost for hours in unfamilliar territory, she came across Sota, who silently beckoned her to follow him, and at the risk of his own life, led her through the storm back to her pack. She rushed through the bushes and up to the rest of her team, but when she looked back to thank him, he had dissapeared.

Awwww, no one likes Keyeko xDDD I'll try for him. Hopefully my idea will fit in with yours. I can't read French, so its really difficult for me to base his story with Jini's.

Family: Jini and Rush (siblings)
History: Keyeko was adopted and trained early to be a sled dog with a team of other malamutes, including Steele. Keyeko was average at best when it came to racing, sometimes he just wouldn't care enough to run fast, which is why his team mates don't like him. He keeps making them lose xD Okay, he doesn't, but he's part of the problem. But he's just glad to be on a team, no matter if he's a good team player or not.
EDITED Relationship with Jini: Since Jini was the runt out of the 4 pups, Keyeko was not above making fun of his younger brother for it. Keyeko never really got scolded for it, but he made fun of Jini out of love, really, haha. Even if it made him angry.
Love interest: Nikoleta (Nikki's sister) http://balto.ru/components/com_datsogal ... 3B8A-5.jpg. Keyeko is a bit of a womanizer, but pretty much only for Nikoleta, even tho he pretty much just sees her as "one of the guys" he's always wanted to get with her. But she's only interested in Steele, because he's a winning malamute.
Love life: It takes Steele being a jerk for her to realize that she wants the imperfect Keyeko for herself. She and Keyeko have a son named Kirby (Yes, I want him to be Kirby's father, haha) who fulfills the sled-dog position ten times better than his father, tho Kirby did inherit alot of Keyeko's laziness.
Afterwards: Keyeko's family died from Diphtheria and he had to say good-bye to his beloved wife and son when he was put on a boat and shipped to an auction further south. He never got sold so he lived the remainder of his days happy with the auctioneer, and even learned some of his pawning skills from the man to get things he wanted.

For Jini i have to write his history in english, but it takes a very long time for me to write in english. I'm not very good in english and i write with babelfish translation and my dico. ^^;

Edited a bit. I translated Jini's profile, and I think I understood it for the most part. Even tho translated directly its broken English, but thats okay.

Personality: Sensitive, lively, enterprising, like have the last word, reticent and curious.

Relationship with Jini: She would pick on him from time to time but it was all in good fun, she would never intentionally try and hurt her brother's feelings

History: She liked to taunt her little brother but never tried to hurt his feelings. She just wanted to toughen him up a bit. Drift was sold to an older man who wanted to use her as a guard dog she lived a happy life and was taught to be alert. When the man died she was sold for a very small amount of money to a man who owned a small shop. Drift was put to work as a guard dog and was simple referred to as girl. Little did she know that it would forever change her life, because off in the forest there lived a man who bred fighting dogs for fights, he also fought a little himself but he mostly left that to his nephew and sons. One night 2 of the dogs escaped and they were followed by the easily distracted watch dog Lymric. They left down towards the town trying to find the meaning of life and ran quickly past the store. Drift was sleeping on the porch and woke up to see the figures run by. Curiosity got the best of her and she chased after them. She saw what looked to be a Norwegian elkhound at the lead. She sped up and matched pace with her. The other dog looked over menacingly at Drift. Drift skidded to a stop. The fluffy female that was trailing behind the menacing leader turned rapidly and ran up to Drift. “Hey, what’s up girl?” She yipped. Drift backed away shyly. The male that had been quite a bit behind the two females came to a stop and panted heavily. The lead female watched her ‘friends’ from a distance.

Love Interest: Lymric ---> http://baltosource.timduru.org/en/chars ... /6949.html , At first she hates him but then is later won over by him... no matter how dumb he is. She meets Lymric when his about 3-4 and is a little cautious about his age. But they probably will not get together for a while =[ I want to write a build up story.
