Mainsite problems?

I've never had this happen to me before, but I don't think this is a glitch.
It sounds like your on one page for to long, and it notes clearly that if your on to long the messege will apear.

Maybe it's your computer. No Virus or anything. Sometimes computer themselves can't handle certain sites.

But it shouldn't act like this if my friend has the same problem. I already ran a scan on this computer and says there is no viruses

Maybe it's a firewall setting, your friend might have the same settings.

This protection has been added by my host to avoid users from taking too much bandwidth / ressources from the server (to avoid overloading it)
Normally you shouldn't see it, if you do that means that your computer is making too many requests to the server for some reason. Maybe you have spywares or a particular configuration of your browser...(some "pre-load" the pages automatically in order to access them quicker, it could be one reason)

Also the message should disappear if you refresh one minute later.
