Name: Tina
Gender: Female
Age: 2 years
Breed: Belgian Shepherd mix
Personality: Tina is a quiet, yet mellow and gentle young dog. She is very independent, but also knows when she is needed, and when she isn't. Tina is a peace loving dog, and she tries to avoid fights as often as possible.
Likes: Jaska, long walks on the beach by moonlight, summer, watching the northern lights
Dislikes: Glory hounds, any spoiled and stuck up females who flirt with every male they see, darkness, water
History: Tina was born to a quite large farm in North-Carolina, but was adopted at 8 week's age, and moved to Nome with her new owner. She was trained to be a sled dog, but later her owners decided to make her just a house pet, to keep company for their 6-year old daughter Emma. She was Tina's best friend, and Tina never let her eyes off of her, since she had a shepherd's nature. Tina has lived a pretty happy life so far, except that there's a little secret that no body else besides her knows: She never learned how to swim. She got torn away from her parents before she could learn some important things in life, and one of them was swimming. Tina is very ashamed of this, and wishes that no one will never know about it. And if Emma ever goes near water, or tries to go to swim, Tina always rushes up to her, pulling her away from the water.
Other: She sometimes wears a red collar.
Origin of the character: I created her a while ago, I just haven't used her much yet, so I figured I'd enter her^^.
How she feels about Jaska: She thinks Jaska is a very unique person, and enjoys spending time with him, because she feels that around him, she doesn't have to pretend to be someone she's not, and knows that he likes her for who she is.
How she met Jaska: One summer day when Tina was having a walk, she ran into a gang of nasty street dogs, who chased her into a pier in the harbor. She couldn't escape, except by falling into the water, but just when it seemed all hope was gone for her, Jaska came, and fought with the dogs. During the combat one of the street dogs pushed Tina, that made her fall into the water. Jaska managed to chase the dogs away, then he grabbed Tina's neck, pulling her out of the water. She coughed for a while, then sighed for relief and raised her head towards Jaska. He asked if she was all right, she said she was fine, and thanked him. Jaska smiled gently, and then they both stared each other deep in the eyes...
