And exactly how are the staff members to know about any glitches or issues on the site if no one posts about them? Not every issue or complaint is an attack on the moderators and staffers. In fact, most are not.

You're over-simplifying and over-exaggerating this. I've seen many cases where people have posted issues or even complaints, and they have helped the staff identify and resolve technical problems not otherwise apparent.

I see nothing whatsoever wrong with most of those posts (with the odd exception of course). Nothing whatsoever.

I agree with JC Here, Its not always and hardly ever an attack on the MODS, I myself have recently had to Go to steet himself and ask why it was taking 5 or more days to post some of my art work, Since then It been only overnight, and mind you I wasn't complaining , I was only addressing him with it..

I see no reason why your getting so mad or bothered by the fact that people rant about this stuff, If more than a handful of people Rant about it, then perhaps.. just maybe it really is an issue of some sort?...

While it's appreciated you saying that, we also do need to know when there are problems on the site.
Fan content not being updated can be a problem (10 in 2 days? No way, we get way more than 10 in just half of one day.) and that particular problem has hopefully been solved for now.

Though I do admit to getting slightly irritated when people only ever rant about it but never tell us much more. >.<
Or rants that are seemingly not even rant worthy (ex. complaining because something was not updated within a few hours.)

Agreed, and I don't blame you one tiny bit for getting slightly irritated,it takes more than just hours,it takes days to update something, because you Mods also have time on your hands.

Sometimes rants help. Some are just plain dumb. But when people kindly talk it over, then it works. I see no reason for that to stop. But people do need to understand mods are humans too.
Plus- it's intresting to see what people are "needing" and want.

Mods used to be absent due to things happening in the background. As it's been said numerous times, got a life too. Some lose interest, some are busy, some are there most of the time but the problems occured are taken care anyway. (yaddayadda the well known reasons)

People have the right to complain too. Whether that complaint brings a shine of light or that shine gets absorbed.

Indeed, it's interesting to see what people need...

Eeyeah...um, I know this wasn't directed at me, but I could not follow that string of thought at all. What, exactly, are you trying to say to Graypaw here? Because you lost me (and probably every other reader)...

Graypaw used Zelda as an example, now him/her wants Graypaw to remove or get rid of this topic or something.
I'm confused too. :[

Gee...um...I really don't remember writing this topic. I mean, I have no clue why, how, or who put it up. I'm sorry for causing this trouble but could someone lock this? Its not a post of mine and I'm sorry Zelda for the person who used your post as an example. I will edit it but could someone lock this? I'm changing my password.

You didn't have to edit it, but oh well.
I mean, does it cause death to have someone as an example?
