Well, I think you should just download GIMP or put a small text copyright in the corner. Honestly I don't think there would be much point in doing this.

It's better to watermark your own work if you want to avoid theft.
I always put my own watermarks on my art, I hate the dA watermark. It looks ugly and really "unprofessional" to have a site watermark stuck on your drawings.
It also makes people lazy about adding their own protection.

Watermarking?
I do it myself in photoshop. I think that most of people here doesn't need it.

There's far more than one way to watermark your art.

Adding simple text in MS Paint. It looks bad but at least your credit is there.
Using Iaza.com to add text. http://www.iaza.com
Use the options on Photobucket to add text, you just need to make an account. http://www.photobucket.com

Paint.NET is a free downloadable art program you can use to watermark/draw. http://www.getpaint.net/
GIMP is also a free downloadable art program. http://www.gimp.org/
Paint tool Sai is another one. http://sai.detstwo.com/sai/
There's also Pixlr which is an online one, similar to Photoshop just with much less features. http://www.pixlr.com/

My opinion for those who want to watermarking their art, and if their want to make their own style of watermarking. You can use Photoshop.
but well.. there's some webs that can make watermarking just like UK said. That would make an easier way to watermarking your arts. =]

Well, it could be an option when sending pictures - I do believe it wouldn't be *that* complex to add a watermark automatically on pictures. Although, I think it would be better to make your own watermarks...

Maybe I'll add this someday.

Just adding to what UK said, you could always just sign your art too. P:
