A large black husky could be seen in the distance talking with a reddish brown mix.

"I'm telling you Trent, sled pulling is bad for your posture" the husky was saying.

"And I say your full of it Vlad" the other replied,

The one known as Vlad rolled his azure eyes and huffed a sigh.

"It also makes you nice and strong" Trent continued

"Hmm that's true...and I do love to be strong for the ladies" Vlad snickerd, curling his tail over his back and sticking out his chest to appear bigger.

Now it was Tren'ts turn to roll is eyes and shake his head. If there was one thing about Vlad that annoyed him, it was this, his obsession with girls.

"Hmm that's true...and I do love to be strong for the ladies."

The blonde border collie mix lifted her head from the porch. She heard a familar voice coming from a few houses down and could see two males in the distance, walking right towards her home. Perfect. Just what she needed.Two boys to keep her and her spotty friend Inkspill company.

"Well would you look at that."

Lydia turned to the dalmatian mix sitting beside her. "What? Look at what?"

Inkspill smiled. "Your two admirers are coming this way."

The blonde dog smirked. "Of course they are! Anyone with the intelligence of a fly could see that!"

"Hello there ladies."

She turned to face the male. "Oh. Hello there Vlad."

Lydia batted her eyes a few times before Inkspill began to speak. "Hey guys!"

The big b;ack and white male laced his ears against his head. "Inksplot."

"Inkspill." She corrected.

"Whatever....."

Trent shoulderd Vlad "Vlad, be nice" he hissed

"Hey Inkspill" Trent sarid looking at her "Sorry Vlads being a buthead"

Vlad looked at Lydia "Hey beautiful" he smirked

Trent turned to the blonde female "Hey Lydia" he blushed

Vlad shoved the smaller dog before Lydia could answer him, knocking him off balance. "So babe, you wanna go take a walk later? Maybe, oh I dunno, head to the boiler room..."

"Sure, I'll meet you at your place after it gets dark. Maybe Trent and Inkspill will want to join us." She said with a wink.

"Actually, I have to get back to my master." Trent said sheepishly. "Maybe some other time though."

As he disappeared down an alley, Vlad muttered stiffly "Good. I'd rather it be just the two of us."


Inkspill eyed him suspiciously before he regained his composure. A wry smile crossed his face and he leaned closer to Lydia. "So babe, what do you say? Does the ink splattered mess and the mutt have to come with us?"

The dalmatian mix pretended not to hear him and lay her head down on her paws. She couldn't believe he had the gall to insult her like that right in front of her! Trent wasn't like this. How could such a nice guy like him hang around a jerk like Vlad? He reminded her greatly of Lydia's father, Steele.

"I guess it's ok. It'll be kind of cozy with just us together and I don't think Inkspill will mind. She could always go hang out with someone else."

Inkspill lowered her ears. Maybe Vlad and Lydia were perfect for each other after all. She never considered her friend's feelings and as soon as the chance was given, Lydia spilt. And one of these days it was going to get her in trouble.

Vlad's voice rose with excitement. "Great! I'll see you later then."

Lydia smiled as Vlad departed and turned to Inkspill who has looking rather gloomy. "What's wrong, Ink? Did you want to come?"

"No." She muttered. "I can't believe you're going to go with him alone, though."

"And why is that?" Lydia demanded.

"Because." Inkspill hissed. "It'd be the perfect opportunity for him to take advantage of you, that's what!"

The malamute mix's temper began to rise. "Well maybe he wouldn't be taking advantage of me! Maybe I'd want-"

"Enough!"

Both girls turned to see a large male with dark brown, almost black, fur. His icy eyes were patched with blond fur and his body was streaked in the same color. His face was adorned with an angered expression as he stared at the two bickering females before Lydia spoke.

"What's the mater Ti? Did you go and try visiting Daddy again?"

Her brother snorted. "There's no use trying to get through his thick head. He hates me. You're so lucky, sis."

Lydia laughed. "Why? Because he smothers me? Ti, I'm lucky to get a few minutes to myself, between him and some of these boys. That might change tonight however..."

Inkspill harumphed behind Titanium and he raised an eyebrow. "Is this what you're arguing about?"

His sister glared at her friend. "She thinks I can't look out for myself."

The spotted mix jerked to her feet. "I never said that! I just don't want you making a mistake with Vlad, that's all!"

"Well it just so happens that I won't!"

Titanium moved between them. "Hey, hey, hey calm down you two! Lydia, I'd listen to Inkspill, she might be onto something, there's something I don't trust about him. He could just be using you."

"I can't believe you're on her side! You're my brother!" The blonde dog snarled."Now if you'll excuse me, I have to rest for my walk tonight. Now good day to you both!"

And the last they saw was the doggy door swinging on its hinge.

Titanium looked up at the celing

"I swear she's more and more like out mother every day" he mutterd

"I agree" Inkspill shook her head up and down

"Well I'll make sure she doesn't do anything stupid" Ti concluded

Inkspill noded again as Ti left the house.

I was near sunset and Vlad was walking along the beach, shuffling a sea shell between his large paws. He was ecited about tonight.


OOC: Block...and wow you wern't kidding

The sun was just setting as Lydia squeezed her way out of the house. Her excitement was rising as she bounced all the way to the beach. She could smell the salty air now as she caught sight of a large male. He was barely visible against the dark skky as Lydia finally reached him. The greeted each other warmly before the malamute mix pulled away.

"You ready?" She asked.

Vlad nodded and playfully licked her on the nose. "Sure I am! Catch me if you can!"

He bolted down the shoreline. Lydia stood in shock for a moment before registering what had just happened. She began to laugh as she chased after him.

The black husky darted away surprisingly fast for a housepet.
He let a laugh-like bark "You'll never catch me"

The blonde malamute mix chased after him "You wanna bet?"

"Why not?" The male asked

Suddenly the male yeplped and was send sprawling on his back in the sand...his panting heavy.
