If you read his rant properly, you'd know that he's done that 8 times.

It hasn't happened to me, personally but I have seen a few members with missing avatars. Hopefully Steet will find a way to fix this soon.

You might want to double-check the dimensions and the file size of your avatar. It shouldn't let you continue if it's too large, but if you're sure it's all good, maybe your old avatar is just saying NO to you and you should just upload another one...

I've had this happen many times. All my icons are 150x150. Even my signature has had this happen.

I think it depends how you uploaded it. If its from iaza, the links die after abouta week or so.

You know photobucket can do alot more right? I stopped useing Iaza. I's just not worth it.

You can use Direct Photobucket link and Paste it to Link off site and there you go. You can change the size from the control panel on the Edit your Avatar.
