Yes well, I was camping with my friends and (at night) a FOX came up. It wasn't scared of us people, and didn't run away, only got closer, we went inside the house, but what do you think? My dad says it's rabid, I say somebody has been feeding it, and it isn't afraid of humans, what do you think.
Points To It Being Rabid:_____________________________________Points to someone is feeding it: It wasn't scared of humans ------------------------------------------------ It wasn't being agressive
It was at night ------------------------------------------------------------ it didn't attack
(Sorry if this is in the wrong section, please move it if it is)

I would say someone was feeding it. (That's not a smart thing to do.) If it was rabid, it would be foaming at the mouth and would most likely be aggressive.

It's probably seen so many humans that it's not afraid of them anymore. I've got a similar situation with the chipmunks at my cottage. As Mighty said, if it was rabid, it would be aggressive and foaming at the mouth. Since it wasn't, it's probably okay.

Unlike you all, I was at the party, so I don't think it was rabbid OR unafriad of people. Why? Because: 1: We had a large fire going (even if it's not scared of people, it should be scared of fire.) 2: We were watching a movie on a HUGE screen. Wich was bright and ,ade alot of noise. 3: It didn't run away when it was about 5-10 FEET from a person with a very bright flashlight, but it also didn't attack.4: It might have been rabbid, BUT there was more than one fox, so if one was rabbid, the other wouldn't be there. And I don't think rabbid animals live together at the same spot But I don't know what was going on, it might have had kit's and was very, very, VERY hungry or somthing.

Cite references, and speak informedly. Don't guess. And don't ask or presume of the readers to take your guesses as facts. Geez, I just said that because I don' know much about foxes, and because the way it moving around the camp. It seemed to be looking for somthing.

Okay, At least Street was THERE, and she has a good guess, That could have been, I saw the fox, and don't think it looks skinny, but it still could be. There was another fox that night. A whole lot smaller, and blackish grey....It could have been looking for a family member.
