Her life was fulled with murder, kidnappings, destruction, and crimes that could only be pulled off by a villain with unusual ability's. She was the most feared, called Death Wing by the public, the one in a cloak with her face covered by a white masked with marked in red to resemble a Falcon and wings as black as the night, with silver tips as sharp as a blade. Her name was Rayino, Ray for short.

Rayino never wanted to be the feared person she was. She couldn't take the hating faces, so she turned to the one face that looked at her with kind expecting eyes. A Villain who knew she would be strong. He became her mentor, her only friend. Rayino learned to kill, but when her mentor is killed in a failed plan, she flees. Being only 16 Rayino decides to pack up and move somewhere to attended a small town high school as a normal kid. Rayino may have been born with wings but she can hide them, and so in a last attempt Rayino will try to fix her life and give herself a second chance.

Rayino may want a normal life, but the super hero's that have battled her will not give up. They have formed a Team of the strongest to track her down and kill her. Even her brother, who had been the only one besides Rayino's former mentor to look at her kindly, will join this team willingly to destroy a threat they think will never die as long as her wings can spread and fly, as long as she breaths, only when she die's can the threat die for them. Not to mention an evil force is seeking to ether destroy her or call her to join his side to overtake earth.

Her wing's have been shattered in her soul, but she will be stronger even with the scar that has marked her. Rayino will be stronger, and she will never stop reaching for the life that she always wanted. The life that will prove to be her second chance. But she can't do it alone. Will her small town prove to hide more mutant's with powers like her? And will they shun the former Death Wing or join in, knowing that even they had a chance for their own second chance?

Appearance/Pic: Take away the ribbons and you've got her face and hair. Normally she wears dark blue jeans, with white sneakers. A white t-shirt with A Falcon spreading it's wings on her back. But you wont see it unless she takes of the dark blue denim jacket that she wears like a jacket. Has a necklace of two falcon wings that is always around her neck.
History: Basics In plot.
Rayino was born into the world with wings as black as the night, with silver tips as sharp as a blade on her back. Her parents hated her, because she showed signs of power that could surpass even them. So they turned away from her, kicking her when she was down. Only Moon Fox, a villain who was known for his work, saw the real potential of the young child. He toke her under his wind and Rayino grew up with Moon Fox, growing powerful enough to murder her own parents in seconds without even trying, on her 15 birthday after they tried to kill her and Moon Fox. Ray didn't show that it had affected her, but instead walked away with the only friend she new. She continued to live with Moon Fox, until a failed plan got his captured and killed by the Leader of the team that was hunting her and Moon Fox. She fled and ended up in the small town.
Personality: Rayino used to be cold and uncaring, cruel with a calm figure when ever she was with Moon Fox as Death Wing. But upon entering the high school Rayino showed that she was extremely smart and dedicated to her work. But she is withdrawn from most people, making her seam shy when she's just scared of what might happen if they knew. Having only a few close friends, Rayino shows that she can be rather sarcastic, a good leader, and even a little bit laid back when she is in a comfortable situation. She wont easily fall head over heals for a guy, she finds most of them too flirty and cocky.
Powers: The Wings on her back let her fly with great speed and silence, making her perfect for scouting and spying. She also is able to call on the shadows and blue lighting to aid her in battle. Rayino is able to craft weapons from both elements, shot them from her hands/fingers, and bend them to her will. Her weakness happens to be fire and light attacks, serpate she can withstand and keep fighting but when merged it's hard for her to keep going without serious draw backs afterword's.

Super Hero/Villain Appearance: Wings open and as black as the night, with silver tips as sharp as a blade. History: A scientist who years ago attempted to make a cure for desease using animal DNA and tested it on himself, however, a jealious rival tampered with the formula. The result turned him into a mutated monster and drove him insane. He spent some time as a supervillian bent on revenge on the one that did that too him. However, he was defeated mutliple times by superheroes but finally one realized he was the victim and helpped him bring his sabator to justice. After which, Jarret spent some time in soclusion. He discovered how to turn back to his human form and regained his sanity in the process. He befriends Ray because he's been down the same road as her, being a supervillian and reforming into a hero. He also works as a teacher at Ray's school and secretly finds those with superpowers and trains them.
Personality: Intellgent, friendly, understanding, calm, kindhearted, wants to help those with superpowers understand themselves.
Powers: Super genus level IQ, super human strength, armor that can withstand bullets, enhanced senses, can launch an electrical blast from his mind, animalistic speed and agility, can switch forms at will now, he can release a terrible smelling gas that smells like a mixture of stinkbugs and skunk spray from a gland at the tip of his tail, which can be used as a smoke screen but unfortunitly, he's the only one that can stand it. His weaknesses are he can't maintain his superhuman form for long before he has to eat or his mutation will start to consume his body, fire.

History: A comic book writer who made one of his characters a reality with his high IQ. He uses a device he wears as a belt to give him his powers and uses them to fight the forces of evil as Dreamscape. He's one of the superheroes that is chasing Ray's former supervillian persona.
Personality: Kindhearted, strong sense of justice, smart, leadership quatlities.
Powers: Can create objects out of light energy, can fly, superstrength and durabilty, can project his mental landscape onto the world around him once per day. His staff can fire energy blasts but he rarely uses it for more than melee combat. His main weakness is his hard light constructs can be shattered and he loses his powers if his belt runs out of power, which lasts about one hour at a time. He can recharge it ether at home or threw power outlits, though the result of the latter only lasts roughly 15 minutes.

Super Hero/Villain Appearance: He wears a blue form fitting suit with a black visor and cape. He wields a staff with a clock on top of it that keeps time of how much longer his charge will last.

I made this character because I was actually considering trying out for Who Wants to Be a Superhero? . What role will the supervillians play?

I guess most of the supervillain would have to be retried or tring to live down their past and fighting on Ray's side

I've been watching this roleplay for awhile and finally decided to join!

Name: Deveron Qwillian Black
Nickname: Dev and rarley Devvy

History: Dev was born with wings, his mother was very protective over him when he was younger and barley let his older brother Onyx come near Dev. But his mother couldn't keep them apart forever. When Dev was a little bit older and met Onyx for the first time, they became best friends, and his mother realized that she had nothing to worry about, but she was wrong. When Dev was 14 and Onyx was 17 they both fell in love, with a girl named Lilly. She was beautiful and perfect in everyway. She was 15 years old and loved to get attention from both Dev and Onyx. Thats when things started going wrong. Dev and Onyx began fighting over Lilly, Onyx said that since he was older he should get Lilly, but Dev claimed that Lilly liked her more. Outraged, Onyx went on a killing spree and murdered his mother and his father and would have killed Dev too if he didn't have wings. Then he questioned Lilly and she said that she loved Onyx more than Dev, but she only said that to stop Onyx from being so angry. So Onyx and Lilly ran off together and that tourchered Dev to his very core. He chased and tracked his brother for months and months, and using all his powers that he was born with, determined to get the girl he loved back, but it was impossible. His brother was much faster and smarter than he was, and there was no hope for Dev. Scarred for life, Dev decided to try and live a normal life, But that could never happen. So he cut himself off from society, doing whatever he wanted when he wanted, but that changed when he met Rayino. He no longer loved Lilly, but also met someone who had it worse than he did. He vowed to stick with Rayino even if she didn't want him and to help her in any way that he could, he would listen to her every word, no matter if it was good or bad.
Personality: Extremely protective, somewhat mysterious and cold, he doesn't open up to many, he can be somewhat quiet and only really fully opens up to Ray and very few other people, he is very polite and can also be considered a gentleman. Dev is different, in more ways than one, he usually doesn't talk to very many people but does love some attention that comes to him, even if he doesn't show it. He is extremely good at not showing emotions, this cost him alot earlier in life so he trained himself to not show emotions, escpecially ones that could show weakness such as pain or sadness.
Powers: He obviously can fly, and also Dev has amazing tracking skills, he can track almost antyhing except for his brother Onyx. (talked about more in history) He can also control certain types of weather such as thunderstorms or rain. But it usually has somthing to do with his emotions so it rarely ever happens because he never shows emotions. But the power that Dev is most proud of is his power to read minds, but the only catch for him is that he has to know the person's full name before he can read their mind and he can only read one mind at a time. His only weakness is that if he tries to read more than one mind at once (escpecially when he's flying) his strenght will drain quickly.

And Dev's basically neutral. He feels the need to do good but he also is somewhat aware of Ray's villian past so he basically is whatever Ray is. (Is that okay or do you not want Dev to be like that? I totally understand either way.)

History: An evil alien who has tried to take over the Earth on many occasions but has always been defeated by Earth's heroes. He was responsable for the destuction of his homeworld when they wouldn't name him ruler and now wants to conquer the planet Earth. He tries to get close to Ray and ether kill her or lure him to his side because her energy based power can kill him.
Personality: Evil, ruthless but also extremely cunning and brilliant, an expert military tactition.
Powers: Shape shifter, superhuman strength, regeneration, his regeneration is so effective, none of Earth's heroes have ever managed to kill him. His weakness is that Ray's blue lightning power has a negative effect on his DNA and is the only thing that can actually kill him. Being hit hard enough will force him to revert to his human form. He has evil menions and super intellgence as well. He also has an allergic reaction to certain Earth foods, such as choalote.
Villain Name: Andromeda
Villain Appearance: He's a shapeshifter, his true form is that of a humaniod Komodo Dragon wearing red armor and has a scar down his eye.
