Note: I had a similar RP to this some time ago... Suka probably remembers "The Angel Experiment". I'm going to try it again, with a few differences.

A small building, on what is otherwise an uninhabited woodland in Maine. Surrounded by a chain-link fence with barbed wire atop it, plastered with multiple "Do Not Enter" and "Trespassers will be Prosecuted" signs, it's a rather intimidating sight to all who pass by. Recently, a group of teenage explorers, believing the building to be abandoned and a very cool place to check out, sneaked through the fence to try to enter the building. The front door seemed to be locked down tight, but before they could search for a back door, something caught their ear.

Pressing their ears to the walls, they could hear someone's cries of pain. It was odd, though, since the voice sounded human and animal at the same time. With their curiosity intensified, they continued searching and found a storm window at the bottom of the structure. Inside, they could catch a glimpse of a stainless steel-plated interior, akin to many laboratories they had seen in Sci-Fi movies. They also noticed a whole bunch of syringes and menacing medical equipment that looked like they were doing some kind of unnecessary surgery.

Just as they were about to leave, afraid that they'd soon be subjected to the same experiments that they imagined were happening down there, one of them noticed something in another storm window: Cages. Lots of them, containing what appeared to be horribly deformed creatures, some of them with humanoid shapes. He couldn't see much, but it was enough to scare him and his friends off.

What they saw, however, was a well-kept secret. A group of scientists from the Megacorporation known as Altexicon, inc., use this facility for creating new sorts of super-humans to add to their private army, after recently having issues with some of their "security guards" growing a conscience. So far, their most promising experiments have consisted of humans whose DNA has been spliced with canine DNA and some who have been spliced with avion DNA. Those spliced with avion DNA showed almost no crippling mutations, with only proportionate, fully functional wings on their backs, and proportionate strength to fly. Those spliced with canine DNA gained some canine features, such as ears and tail, and, in some cases, fur and a full-out canine head. The canine ones were expected to be more obedient (hence solving the problem of their human "security guards" growing a conscience.) This, so far, hasn't shown up in those projects, but they're still trying.

The explorers mentioned earlier, despite the fact that they could have been arrested for trespassing on private property, reported what they saw to the Maine State Troopers. Of course, they didn't believe the explorers, but reported it in to higher authorities, anyway, as per procedure. The higher authorities, though, reported it to the FBI, who had been conducting an undercover mission into this megacorporation and its supposedly illicit activities. The FBI had only just learned about this compound through their undercover informant, but now had more reasons to move on it.

After another undercover investigation into the compound in Maine, the FBI had enough information to move on the compound... but the real question is what will life be like for the non-hostile projects once they leave the lab compound?

You can play as the mutants, (the canine-spliced humans or the avion-spliced humans) regular humans (who won't come into play in this RP until later) FBI agents (only those not involved in the process of the raid on this science compound) or members of Altexicon, inc. (but you can't play as anyone working in the lab compound. I've already got stuff planned for them).

Minor note: If you want your characters to possess weapons, know this: The FBI and Altexicon only use firearms, but Altexicon assassins may use knives. Projects (the DNA-spliced characters), may only find or buy weapons once they are let out into the city, if they manage to find a store. Regular human citizens may also have weapons, but be sure to not have them carry anything bigger than a handgun or small sword with them. Remember, this is taking place in a world very similar to this. Nobody carries huge rifles and swords around with them in the city without getting arrested.

Physical appearance: Largely a typical human being, at first sight. Six feet tall, brown hair, blue eyes, slightly muscled. However, what makes him more than human are the wings on his back. Almost dove-like in color, they span about twelve feet, and are fully capable of allowing him to fly. However, he has not used them for such a purpose in the rather confined space of the lab where he lives.
Clothing: In the lab, he's only given a white tee-shirt and bright orange pants, akin to those that are worn by prisoners.
Personality: Quiet and calm, most of the time, but is also likely to try and take control of a situation when it is called for.

Name: Special Agent Jordan Daniels
Age: 30

Species: Human
Allegiance: FBI
Rank: Special Agent
Physical appearance: Although rather slender and not too intimidating while in civilian clothes, his FBI outfit and sunglasses make him appear to be a force to be reckoned with. He's about 5' 10'', with a crew-cut black hair, and brown eyes.
Clothing: During raids, he wears his standard FBI issued black Kevlar vest, a black baseball cap with "FBI" written in white letters on the front, and khaki cargo pants. When outside, he also wears his mirrored aviator sunglasses. His civilian clothes, when on duty, are usually a coat and tie sort of suit, and, of course, his aviator sunglasses when outside.
Personality: A stern character who does what he can to complete every single assignment. He also has a slight tendency to become attached to some of the victims in some of the cases he deals with.
Equipment: 9mm pistol.

Not an overly paled skin, nor very tan, simply in the middle. SHe was the more perfect example of what they wanted most canine-spliced humans to look like. Everything is completely humanly normal about her, aside from her silver tinted white tail the rested from her spine at the hips. Has vivid and piercing green eyes that sometimes interchange along with her emotions. She has lenthed, dark brown/auburn hair with various golden highlights. Has a athletic build with her curves and well toned overall muscle structure, standing at 5'7, and coming in at 125 LBS.

Clothing::
A soft lace camisole with boot cut dark denim jeans. Wears a black choker with a small cross pendant, its valuable and holds meaning to her, but how so, it is unknown.

Personality::
She is the type of girl you feel as if you had known her in a lifetime. She's got a strong mind and never fails to voice her opinions. A charming disposition along with her trustworthy abilities had made her a friend of the others, and even be befriending some humans. But.. she always tries too hard at times if its to prove herself, or the happiness of another, sometimes at risk of her own well being, whether its emotionally, physically, or mentally.

Note: I won't allow any more DNA spliced characters once we start. However, FBI agents, Altexicon employees, and regular humans will still be allowed. So if you want to play as a canine or avion spliced character, get them in quickly!

On Duty: What you normally see FBI agents wearing, its rather very self explainable -points at what Swords wrote- only difference is her vest is smaller and she has a bad habit of turning her black FBI cap sideways.. always -.-'

Off Duty: Normally in a red long sleeved button up blouse, or a white tank top with either faded jeans or baggy black on white camo capris. -note- She ALWAYS wears her fingerless black leather gloves.

Personality:
Very caring and sweet, but she is a daydreamer, her mind always lost in the ''clouds'' as most say. Its still unknown how she ended up with the status she is in now, many hope that Agent Jordan can fix her up due to his more stern attitude. It was her stubbornness, quick-thinking and enforce of sneaking skills that others love about her, and try to keep her in the FBI, knowing she has great potential.

I do remember the Angel Experiment, actually, and it was really a lot of fun. I don't know how or why it just disappeared, but don't worry... I know this one will be successful. :3

Breach and Clear

Physical appearance: One of the earlier experiments subject to the Avion Project, Project 03 was spliced with more avion DNA than is now called for, giving him a less human look, while still retaining his anthropomorphic form. He slouches over (sometimes walking on all fours) to accommodate his massive wingspan stretching an impressive seventeen feet, resembling the tanned-brownish-creme color of a peregrine falcon. Because of this, it has been hypothesized that he is able to hold about an extra 85 lbs. of weight while flying. His human-like attributes include brown hair the spikes down his back; the farther from his head his crest grows, the more these hairs resemble small feathers. He has a broad chest and his fingernails tend to grow at an astonishing rate, sharp and curling slightly as if they were talons.
Clothing: White whirt and orange pants; standard attire for inmates.
Personality: Scares easily. When startled, he will flap around and attempt to swipe at a potential threat. He is difficult to control while in his panicked state; therefore, the only accommodation granted to him by the scientists of Altexicon were a small library of books to keep his mind occupied while they are given a chance to quickly restrain him. Through his books are the only experiences he has ever felt close to encountering of the world outside his prison.

Physical appearance: Bold, Bald, and well Built. He's also 6" 7', and.. well, you'd think of him as a body guard.

Clothing: He wears dark shades, with a black suite and black jeans. The obvious of agents, excepts he wears it even when he's under cover. One of the stealthy types- only with style. But then again, he doesnt understand that its not that hard to spot him.

Personality: A very humorous type of personality really. He stays cool when he wants to...but he's also a bit arogant. (he's serious when he needs to be. Doesn't joke around until the job is done... THEN he'll go back with his 'normal' everyday...Casual attitude.)

Equipment: He apsolutely loves any pistol that has a silencer, (but his favorite type of gun is his glock.)
