Dev was up and dressed in no time. He didn't need sleep so he got up as early as humanly possible and got ready for the first day of school ahead of him. But he waited until 7:30 to actually leave for school He grabbed his stuff and took it out to his shiny sports car parked in the driveway. He got into the car and turned on the ignition, the almost silent engine sparked to life and speed down the highway. He was at the school in minutes, and found a parking spot at the edge of the lot. There he rolled down the windows and sat.

"Luke wake up! I'm not going to get you again!" Lukes dad called as he grumbled and finally rolled out of his bed. "I'm coming!" he called weakly and slipped on a t-shirt, then changed his jeans. "I'm out..." he grumbled sleepily and grabbed a peice of toast for the walk to school...or the run. Luke took off running as soon as he was outside of the house.

ooc//~ Shay and Dev don't know each other right? well Shay knows him but he's a dork and hasn't noticed her this whole time...right?

bic//~ Dev glanced at the car that had pulled up next to him and saw a very familiar looking girl in the car next to him. He couldn't help but stare for awhile and hoped that she wouldn't catch him. He got out of his car and walked onto the sidewalk to the front of his car. He leaned against the hood and crossed his arms over his chest.

Nate slowed down when he got to the parking lot and walked casually up to Shay's car. "Hey babe..." he said coolly as he leaned against the side of the car and grinned at her through the window. "Excited for the first day of school?" he asked as he reached to hold her hand. He glanced around the parking lot and his eyes landed on Dev. "Nice car, Black..." he mumbled and Dev turned his head to look at him.

"Thank you Nathanial! you too!" Dev said sarcastically and flashed him a sarcastic grin, knowing that it would get on Nates nerves. Number one because he called him Nathanial and also because he knew that Nate was senstive about not having a car.

"Why you..." Nate started and tried to stand up to make Dev pay for that.

Dev grinned at Shay and narrowed one eye at Nate. "We'll finish this again one day...Nathanial..." he said faking the drama that coated his voice. With that he swung around on his heel, shoved his left hand in his pocket, waved his right and said "later!" before almost running into Morgann.

Luke cooled down instantly when Shay stepped in front of him. He smiled down at her and wrapped his arms around her waist "I always wanna talk to you babe..." he said and winked at her.

"Oh not to much!" Nate said and grinned "I missed you ALOT!" he said and ran a hand trough her hair, looking at her eyes then glancing at her lips every now and then.

"Oh! hey Morgann! sorry for running into you I was..." he glanced back at Shay and Nate "...sidetracked..." he finsished and gave his attetntion back to Morgann. "My summer was good! kinda boring and uneventful..." he lied, he went many places this summer but she couldn't find that out, since he was a vampire.

Nate scowled when the bell rang and leaned in for a kiss just as Shay walked away. "See ya later babe! I'll find you at lunch!" he promised her and began walking to his locker.

"Truthfully...no..." Dev answered and chuckled. This was his 54th 'first day of school' and truethefully, he was sick of it. He heard the bell ring and followed Shay with his eyes until she was out of sight. "I gotta go Morgann...catch you later okay?" Dev said and winked at her before running after the direction that Shay went. "Hey!" he called out to her, hoping that Shay would hear him.

Dev blinked at the sound of his name, she knew him? "Maybe i'm mistaken.." he said slowly, not wanting to offened her in case he did know her from somehwere. "But you look extremely familiar and I can't quite put my finger on it...can you help out?" he asked and offered a weak, almost embarassed looking grin.
