(It’s long, bare with me.)

It is said that New York is the home of new beginnings and broken dreams and for Dodger and Rita, it couldn’t be truer. The pair had been blessed with Rita’s pregnancy and the chance of being a real family, an occasion that Oliver and the whole gang shared, a beautiful moment that showed even in the darkest of times, there is still some sort of light. However, fate was a cruel and twisted mistress and chose that out of their five puppies, only the oldest and the youngest would open their eyes to the big, cold world. It was a harsh reality at the realisation that more than half their children did not even have a chance to start off a new life.

Everyone promised to make sure that their two puppies, Slic and Ace, would be looked after; they would make sure that they were safe from harm’s way and for the first eight weeks, everything went fine. However, it was during Dodger and the gang’s departure for one of their weekly “investment banking” sessions that both puppies were able to worm their way out of one of the holes in the boat and follow their parents without them even knowing.

It was here that their second disaster would strike; the two newborn puppies had no clue of the dangers of New York City. It would be too late before Dodger or any of the gang realised what had happened and when they finally found out where the puppies were, there was no sign of their youngest, Ace, anywhere.

They searched high and low for the missing puppy but couldn’t find him anywhere and once again the family was heartbroken, having lost yet another puppy to fate.

Or so they believed...

Even to Ace himself that day is a blur even now, barely remembering anything about it, but he is most definitely alive and now turning the age of one, the young pup lives in one of the most up-market parts of New York; a pampered pup by all means he had little use for anyone unless they had something to give him. Now named Dmitry, Ace may have the lifestyle some dogs dream about, but will an encounter of both destiny and chance bring him back to his real family and his true nature?

Is there some sort of bio that needs to be filled out?

It is rather optional, but if you'd like to give some detail to the character, than please, go for it. ^^.

We can start probably right now if you guys want since we have the main characters needed. Perhaps wait for Fagin.

This is basicly a rewrite of your Bolt RP, correct?

Dodger = Bolt
Rita = Regina
Tito = Rhino
Oliver = Mittens
Ace/Dmtrey = Star/Sora
Slic = I forgot his name
Fagin = Penny

In a sense, though this will have some obvious different aspects, though their characters are different, it is just the same base idea but not the same story to the 'T'. Same basic idea, different way of doing it.

Anyways, shall we sart? And if so, where?

okay. where do we start?

Anywhere really you'd like to, early NYC morning, evening, at their den, in the streets, anywhere. I need to go for ten or so minutes so I'll post after you do Tad.

((Just wondering, but how do you specificly, pronounce my username? Just wanna know if your doing it right.))

Dodger; getting a bit old in that last few years, still felt as young as could be. He still rode on the top of trucks and cars, all shapes and sizes, and all diffrent colors. As he was doing now, he was riding on a random blue truck. He hummed his favorite song; his theme song, "Why Should I worry?" The swift wind blew his ears back, but that didn't bother him. The truck came to a stop at a stop sign. Dodger bounced off, prancing down the side walk.

Dodger than cheerfully walked over onto the docks, where a few seagulls flyed around his head, scatting away from him. He smiled lightly, as his red bandanna shifted with him when he turned his head. He lifted his ear to hear music that was coming from the boat that he lived in. He smiled again and begain to prance in.

Tito; the small brown colored, hot-blooded chihuahua was dancing to his most favorite song in the world, "The Salsa." He danced back and forth, his eyes closed, just as he had done a few years back on the day that he and the gang had met the small orange tabby cat they all had come to know as "Oliver." Tito stopped for a momnet as the music continued on. He heard someone coming down the stairs, and he paused, fully alert.

Tito saw a white; brown dog with grey tips on his paws marching down the stairs, as Tito the chihuahua happily ran to his 'best friend'. He barked happily, putting his dark brown paws on Dodger's white chest, his tounge hanigng tout of his mouth as he looked up at him.

Slic rolled his eyes a bit at Tito and his happiness.
