Metal Virus: Primordial is a Pokemon comic.
--PLOT--
The scientists of Orre managed to create the ultimate fighting machines; hybrid Pokemon. Instead of being carbon copies of their mothers, they carry traits from both parents; even traits from past generations. With this revelation; trainers were paying top dollar for custom hybrids bred to have no weaknesses and all the power of their parents.
But some hybrids turned brutal; going into fits of rage and hurting themselves or their trainers. These hybrids were found to have been made up of incompatible species outside of their breeding groups; their madness was caused by their DNA falling apart. As they got sicker and sicker, they grew more deranged.
After a trainer was attacked and killed by one of their own hybrids, the government stepped in and ordered the scientists to eliminate all hybrids, even ones that showed no sign of what has been called "Hybrid Molecular Insanity Disorder" (HMID)To control the eradication, scientists began developing a virus that only affected hybrids. Highly contagious, it caused the internal organs to calcify and their bones to be covered in a metallic substance, hence the name: Metal Virus.
Hybrids learned of this development quickly. Some fled into the desert, some escaped their trainers, and some stayed behind.
This is the story of two hybrids, different in past circumstance; but now joined by fate.
