Valley Springs,a small town and great place to hang out with the many shops. Riley Blair,the new girl in Valley Springs,has just moved in for the Summer. She aleady discovered Valley Springs' majo problem,gossip is very common. Riley starts to make friends and enemies,developing crushes and much more. Then,as she gets close to the boys,the major gossip girl tries to uin her,so Riley has to fight back with her new friends. In Valley Springs,you have to hid your secrets,or may one of the rumors might be true! Will Riley be able to break down the Gossip girl Queen,and get a boy friend before the summer ends,or will the cat get out of the bag for her secerts.


Rules
1.No one liners,two at the least. Your bios are important to put more information,so try and make a pretty good one!^^
2.If you have a writer's block,please put it down. If this is used more then three times in a row,your out!
3.This rp is mostly about spearding gossip,rumors,and love. Please don't put something down that's a little to much for younger users.
4.Don't let this die,I'm planning on making another rp with Vally Springs,it will be called Vallley Springs High.
5.No powerplaying or controling characters,Since this rp isn't about anything with fairy tale creatures,keep this basicly human as possible.
6.I want no boy friend,girl friends till about the third page. Crushes are but keep everything at a PG-13.
7.You may have dogs,cats,etc. They can not talk so don't try it!
8.I want different personalities,history,etc. Try and keep your character interesting,and also have secerts about,no one should know.
9.No cussing! All agruements should be kept clean,but if you really must **** should be used.
10.I just might make this a book,so don't use already made charactes from shows or books.
11.I have a list of characters I have made,feel free to use them or change their names(but not their "positions)
12.Positions are basied on what they do or their personalities,for example,Amanda is the gossip queen,because she gossip so much and has lots of money. Milly is vey smart so she is the Smart girl,thoses are both nicknames and their postions.(by the way,the limit is 5 characters to a person)

Personality: Kristin is bubbly and active. She is a bit of a tom-boy, but she never shows it around Amanda, for she is afraid she wont like her anymore and kick her out of her little 'clique'. She likes to be with people, not wanting to be alone, which is why she likes to be with Amanda. She doesnt really like her, but acts like she does. She trys not to gossip, but does so even though she really doesnt want to. Kristin wishs regrets alot.
History: Kirstin was born in Washington. Her father devorced her mother, and Kristin had the choice to either go with her mother, or her father. She chose to go with her mother. She know has a step dad. She moved to Michigan, before finding there was lots of snow there, as there was in Washington. So they quickly moved to Florida, where Kistin was pushed into the school imideently. She moved here to Valley Springs when she was only 11.

Full Name: Milldred Francis Ross
Nickname: Milly
Age: 16
Gender: female
Personality: Milly tends to keep to herself and is very quiet. If anyone would ask why, she would use the excuse that she was reading and not paying attention to the conversation. It is true that Milly always has her nose in her book but she also is a very good eavesdropper (sp?). She probably knows just as much as the gossip queens but Milly keeps everything she hears to herself. Milly is also very smart and could be described as a nerd. But she also has a very lively personaltiy if anyone would befriend her and bring it out.
History: Milly's family has lived in Valley Spring for many generations. They have always been seen as the typical American family with no problems and are absolutely happy. But that isn't how it is on the inside. Ever since Milly was born, her family has been nothing but chaos. The only reason her mother married into the Ross family was because she was pregnant with Milly from an affair with Mr. Ross. Mr. Ross spends most of his time at work and Milly is often left alone with her mother which is not the best for either of them and their already strained relationship since Mrs. Ross blames Milly for ruining her life. In the more recent weeks, Mrs. Ross has been spending her nights at bars and coming home to another fight with her husband. Milly spends most of her time locked in her room, studying for the closest test or reading her current book to try to concentrate on something other than her parents' yelling.

Personality: Luna has two very different personalities. On the outside, she seems like the tough girl that no one can get to. She has a firey temper and isn't afraid to use violence to get her point across. She either fades into the shadows or stands out in the crowd. She distances herself from everyone and doesn't accept friendship easily. She also has a small problem (BIG problem) with holding her tongue and her sarcastic remarks. Other than her rude comments, Luna is rather quiet and keeps to herself. She is not liked by many by her own doing. But on the inside, Luna is just a mess of emotions. She has learned to numb out the pain to get through the day, but she spends most of her nights crying herself to sleep. She is still in silent mourning of a loved one. She fells trapped inside herself and lost in the world.
History: Luna grew up in Pennsylvania with her single mother. Her father had died a month before she was born. The two got along fine and Luna was a happy, blond girl. Things changed when she got into highschool and made friends with a senior there. She didn't know his whole story but the two still grew very close. Then, one morning, she woke up to the news that he had killed himself. She found out that he had been having this sorts of problems since his sophomore year and everyone but her knew it was only a matter of time. After that shock, Luna completely changed. She dyed her hair black, trying to forget live before the accident. She slipped into a terrible depression and tried to kill herself too. Her mother thought it best to move to a new place. They held on until the end of freshman year and moved to Spring Valley. After her year of being in a new place, Luna is in a slightly better place but she also has gotten in plenty trouble in that year. She became part of an out-of-school gang, though luckily she was able to get out of that situation before anyone grew close enough to her to miss her. Luna spends most of her time alone now.

Personality: Reba is cheery and so, and isn't afraid to stand up for herself. She is tired of being called 'Rags' and when someone does soemthing to her, well, she fights right back. She is defenitly brave, for once she stood up to the class bully. She is a tom-boy, which helps her stand up forherself. She hates it when boys thing there better than girls. She does develop fears, but is rare when it happens. But if your her enemy, when she is struck by fear, its the best time for you to traget her.
History: Reba doesn't have a life thats anything special. She is the youngest of her three other sisters. The first born Mariah, who is 21. The second born Bethanny, who is 19. The third born Maggie, who is 17. And Reba is the newest, and 16. She was originaly living in Neberaska, where they lived in a moble home with there 4 cats and 1 dog. She lived on a farm, and grew up a tomboy. The cats named Fergie, Ema, Dolie, and Mrs. Onrey. The dog was named Misty. Reba's grandpa was rich, with lots of money, and was single because he had divorced his wife over thirty years ago. And when he died, when Reba was only 7, they were able to move up to somehwere warmer and nicer, there pets tagging along. The moved to Valley Springs, and that is where they stay.

Full Name: Justin James Mills
Nickname: Jus, Mill, Skater
Age: 17
Gender: male
Personality: Justin is actually a very complex guy but he hides it easily by acting. He is a very kind and caring person and always thinks of others before himself even when he has he own problems. He's usually a very funny guy and can brighten up anyones day easily, hes handsome and popular but he doesn't let that get to his head, he knows that popularity isn't everything. But if you make him mad or hurt one of his friends Justin will completely change, he can get mad somewhat easily and he won't take anything for anyone, he has a very mixed personality. He has a horrible past but he never wants anyone to know about it, so he hides his emotions by coming off as strong.
History: Justin's mother died giving birth to him so he never knew her, his twin James was only a couple minutes older than him and his mother used her dying breaths to tell their father to name them Justin and James and to always take care of them. Their father did so, but he didn't do it happily. Every day he told them that he regreted having them as his sons because he missed his wife so much, and one day when James decided to talk back saying that he regreted having him as a father. Justin tried to shut him up as his father got angrier and angrier. They yelled back and forth for a good hour and thats when Justin snapped, he began screaming at his father, telling him that he hated him. His father got so mad that he back handed Justin right into the wall, thats when James snapped. But his father pulled the gun and shot James just as he was about to leap. Then he pointed it as Justin, who was staring in horror at his dead brother. His father pointed the gun at him and said 'I hate you,' before he pointed the gun at his own head and pulled the trigger. Justin sat against the wall, to scared to even call the cops. He desperatly tried to save his dying brother but even an ambulance wouldn't help, so he watched as his brother died, he used his last words to say 'be strong Justin...'. Thats when Justin ran away, he was going to the only other place that felt like home. His aunt Melanie's house. Aunt Melanie had always been like a mother to him and she took him in right away, and told everyone that she was Justins mom, she even changed his last name to Mills. Melanie wasn't exactly the mother figure, she was still young and always happy and smiling but she taught Justin how to skateboard and now he's even better than Melanie is.

Riley was finally moved in with her aunt,no boxes left to unpack. She was free to roam out into the streets of Valley Springs. She walked out with a little bag around her shoulder with her wallet amd stuff inside. it was seconds before she walked into the town.


Amanda walked in her high pink heels,chewing on some gum with her little fluffly dog in her purse. She was out side the cloths store talking on her cell phone. She didn't notice the fresh meat walk by and kept talking.

He noticed the moving truck a couple houses down had left and he saw a girl about his age walking around. He silently glided down the street on his board, rapidly approaching the girl. "Hey!" he said coolly as he pulled up his board as it popped neatly into his hand. "You new around here?" he asked, whipping his dark hair out of his eyes.
